A truly memorable stay.
Pros:

The locally owned hotel was very comfortable and charming. The staff were excellent and Azim in particular was extremely helpful in advising on sites and talked us tell us through the history of Bukhara. The hotel and staff made it an excellent stay. The hotel encompasses Bukhara's architecture and design which was much nicer than the standard modern hotels which oftentimes lack character.

A very good experience
Pros:

The hotel is next to the popular Lyabi-Hauz and very easy to walk to other main attractions. The front desk staff, including the daytime manager Aziz, were warm, knowledgable and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay there again.

Très bon hôtel et très bien placé
Pros:

Cet hôtel est très bien placé
Tous les principaux lieux de visites peuvent se faire à pied
Le personnel est très gentil et ils sont aux petits soins pour vous rendre services
Ma chambre était confortable avec une armoire, un bureau, un réfrigérateur et une bouilloire
La climatisation et la wifi fonctionnaient très bien.
Par contre la télévision ne sert à rien car il faut un abonnement pour la regarder (c’est dommage)
La douche de la salle de bain était grande avec un bon débit et de l’eau chaude à toutes heures
Le petit déjeuner buffet est super.
Il y a peu de choix en aliments chauds mais au moins c’est très bon
(c’est souvent le contraire)
Le taxi commandé par l’hôtel pour retourner à la gare (Buxoro-1) ne m’a coûté que 25 000 sums
Je suis partis tôt et ils m’ont préparé une lunch-box
Je recommande fortement

Séjour incroyable au cœur de Boukhara. Personnel au top
Pros:

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Mention toute particulière à Azim. Je suis arrivé dans l’établissement avec le dos bloqué en plein milieu de notre séjour itinérant. Nous n’avons pas pu poursuivre notre itinéraire et avons dû rester 5 jours de plus dans l’établissement. Azim s’est chargé de nous conseiller un hôpital en urgence et s’est toujours assuré que nous ayons tout de dont nous avions besoin. Dans ce type de situation c’est très appréciable.
L’hôtel est très bien placé et le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous recommandons vivement.

Hotel that makes you feel like home
Pros:

The location is perfect. The counter staff, Azeem is very helpful and made us feel very welcome. They allowed us early check in and late check out due to low season.

Perfection humaine
Pros:

Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de cet hôtel pour leur gentillesse, leur patience et leur incroyable sens de l’accueil. Dès mon arrivée, je me suis sentie comme une invitée et non comme une simple cliente.

Les trois personnes de l’accueil ont toujours été souriantes, disponibles et bienveillantes, et j’ai pu constater qu’elles étaient ainsi avec tous les clients. Une vraie hospitalité, sincère et chaleureuse.
Merci pour votre accueil et pour ces beaux souvenirs en Ouzbékistan. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés. 🇺🇿

Parfois, ce ne sont pas les monuments qui marquent le plus un voyage, mais les personnes que l’on rencontre. 🤍
