El cuarto estaba espacioso y bien iluminado. Las personas en el hotel fueron muy amigables y me dieron una merienda con pan tradicional y cafe gratis
La regadera nunca tuvo agua caliente, incluso después de dejar abierta la llave y esperar más de 30 min a qué el boiler y la tuberia calentaran... Un tiempo inconsiderable y una pérdida de agua irresponsable.
Al otro día hubo mucho ruido desde la madrugada pues era el día del tianguis y llegaron camionetas, personas y gente a organizarse en instalarse afuera. Se que eso está fuera de control del hotel, pero debieran avisar y proveer de tapones para reducir el ruido o algunas otras medidas.
La habitación muy bien decorada y limpia lo cual agradezco muchísimo.
En la habitación no hay calefacción, se puede solucionar con un pequeño calentador en estás fechas se agradeceria, mucho ruido del entorno al hotel y el agua caliente no llego a la ducha en nuestra habitación, en otras habitaciones si había, por lo que deben revisarlo

La atención de la recepcionista Geno fue muy agradable y atenta.
1. Nos dieron la habitación No. 3 que daba hacia la calle, la recepcionista nos comento que se ponía un tianguis pero nunca nos dijo que a las 2 de la mañana y pues desde esa hora nos despertaron con música y el ruido que se hace para instalarse, entiendo que es externo al hotel y que la gente tiene necesidades de trabajar pero fue algo muy desagradable, ya que uno va a descansar.
2. El agua caliente para bañarse esta prácticamente fría.
3. las sabanas no olían a limpio casi estoy seguro que no las cambiaron, por que si olían a humor.
Chambre trés spacieuse et très propre, un vrai plaisir ! Le personnel a été adorable, prenant le temps de discuter et informer. C'était par hasard que nous avons trouvé cette adresse, et nous sommes très satisfaits.
Il y a eu du bruit la nuit car l'emplacement est trés proche du marché populaire d'alimentation, et les fenêtres donnent sur la rue où les vendeurs s'installent tres tres tôt ! Cependant, l'hôtel est vraiment top, avec une déco carnaval de Huejotzingo superbe dans les espaces communs.
La atención es muy cálida y el detalle de proporcionar café y pan se agradece muchísimo.

This wasn't the hotel I was expecting but it turned into a nice visit when we found the beautiful old monastery there, and walked around the town a bit. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly, no English spoken. We flew into Puebla at 10 pm and decided to stay close to airport for a night before picking up our rental car and driving into Puebla.
No breakfast, only tea or cinnamon coffee with no cream or milk available.
I liked that I could simply crash and rest.
Very spotty Wifi. Uncomfortable bed (mattress and sheets).
The room was very clean with a comfy bed and a nice hot shower.
The staff is super friendly and welcoming, really excellent! I could have free coffee and tea all day.
The location is nice, very central and near local markets and restaurants.
The room was very basic, not beautiful like in the pictures. It seemed a little old.
