Edificio precioso e histórico en un entorno maravilloso.
Pros:

Edificio y su entorno increíble, instalaciones perfectas, decoración con mucho gusto; camas, toallas y elementos de aseo muy cuidadas. Trato del personal muy amable. Desayuno delicioso.

Cons:

Lo único un poco negativo, la hora tardía para hacer el check-in, las 17 horas.

Nous avons été bien accueilli.
Un palace figé dans le temps. Propre et très agréable.
Un personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable.
Une bonne literie.
Parking gratuit et cadre magnifique.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est imposé, il est possible de rajouter des suppléments mais payants.
Les murs sont mal insonorisés.

Palacio medieval que vale la pena visitar
Pros:

El hotel es precioso: un palacio medieval que parece mentira que esté en el lugar que está. El desayuno servido en el jardín con el fondo de los Picos de Europa me pareció espectacular. Especial mención al personal que nos sirvió el desayuno por su excelente amabilidad. Vale la pena pasar unos días en este hotel porque las instalaciones son excepcionales.

Ojalá hubiesen muchos más hoteles así.
Pros:

Desde que entras todo es excepcional, decoración habitación, camas etc.
Puedes desayunar y cenar con calidad

Cons:

Nada, quizás advertir que hay escaleras para subir a las habitaciones y no les dejan instalar ascensor al ser una casa/palacio antigua protegida, aunque para nosotros es parte del encanto.

Perfect getaway spot for 2-3 days
Pros:

We stayed almost one week in this lovely hotel and overall we had a very good time. The view to watch the sunset from the garden and having breakfast also in the morning outside are just unmatched feelings. Rooms are big and comfortable even though you might find some harmless spiders. Staff is very helpful and educated, trying their best to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast is really good but having tostada for 6 days in a row was a bit too much for us, we ordered some omelette and eggs and such as an extra just to change a bit.
I think it’s the perfect getaway for 2-3 nights to enjoy great views, fresh air and peace.

Cons:

Almost the same breakfast for 6 days was a bit too much. Also, rooms can be cleaner and add a do not enter sign in the rooms to hang on the door. Maybe equip the rooms with a small fridge.
