Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et tout à fait bien par rapport au prix. Rekha nous a reçu d’un manière professionnel et attentive, avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de gentillesse. Merci!

Struttura familiare a poca distanza da diverse metro e linee di autobus… Ottima scelta. Nulla di particolare da segnalare: la struttura era buona in proporzione al livello e al prezzo. Ottima anche la colazione.

Great location , nice refurbished room with good shower .

Only a small thing but no sauces with breakfast at all and coffee was instant or coffee bag .

Lo mejor fue su personal (la chica de recepción) y su ubicación. El desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue que había que elegir horarios para el desayuno y el primer día por ejemplo nos tocó desayunar a las 7:30 AM porque ya no había más cupo a ninguna otra hora. Además, la habitación que nos tocó estaba en la planta baja justo al lado de la recepción y se escuchaba cada vez que alguien tocaba el timbre para pedir permiso para entrar en el edificio y se escuchaba cada vez que las personas bajaban a desayunar, ya que estaba al lado del comedor y eso no fue muy agradable.

Great location and very lovely ladies who work there. Would not recommend room 2 but can’t speak for the other rooms.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent for the tube and theatres. Walking distance of a lot.

Cons:

Stayed in room 2 downstairs under the dining room. From 7am there was chairs scraping and very loud footsteps coming through the ceiling. Very noisy and woke us up. There was a mirror in the wall about 8ft in the air which was pointless and where there was a mirror there was no socket for the hairdryer - that was on the other side of the room. Wardrobe was only half height so for ladies having dresses to hang up they were mostly on the floor. No mirror above the desk near the sockets. Would not recommend this room.

Pros:

Ótima localização! Funcionários muito atenciosos, quarto com tamanho justo pra Londres. Café da manhã podia ser mais variado ao longo dos dias, mas muito bom.

Cons:

Podia ter um frigobar para guardar bebidas nos dias de calor.

Property is in a nice area so clise to Londons attractions
Pros:

Access was very good’ 24hr desk service great’ holding your luggage in case you check in too early was s bonus.

Cons:

Room allocated was too small for a couple’ should be fine for a single person. Was down stairs felt very Chlostrophobic. No wardrobe space to hang dresses ect far to small. A fridge would have been nice in the room although not enough space for one . Shower room nice clean but toilet position made awkward to use as when sitting door was too close. No sauces offered or kept for breakfast?

Hotel spartano nel centro di Londra
Pros:

E' un piccolo hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e centrale. L'hotel è vecchiotto, con la classica moquette sporca ed un arredamento piuttosto spartano. La stanza era molto piccola, ma pulita. Bisognerebbe investire in qualche miglioramento, potrebbe diventare più carino.

Cons:

La colazione. La qualità della colazione era veramente scarsa, andrebbero migliorati proprio di ingredienti utilizzati.
Probabilmente il prezzo del soggiorno era in linea con quanto proposto per quella categoria a Londra, ma rispetto a quanto offre è decisamente molto caro.

Pros:

La atención del personal.

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas, y no limpiaron ni un solo día, tampoco cambiaron las toallas, pero nos las mezclaban.
El desayuno era continental e inglés, pero con poca variedad, y según pasaban los días, iban faltando algunos productos.
