Give this place a wide berth!
Pros:

I've never had such an awful experience. The room is very basic and run down. That's ok, it's a cheap place. Stains on bedding and towels. Had to ask for towels. Awful smell in room and bathroom. 20million flies due to onion and garlic field behind property. Massive gap under entry door (about 15cm). No formal check in process. No staff member to check me in. No-one asked for ID, they didn't have my booking, even though it was already paid for months ago. They actually asked me to cancel my booking with Hotels.com, the booking they didn't have, and pay them cash directly. This whole thing took hours. I was told that if I didn't stay the 2 nights, I would get some money back. I never did. They stopped communicating with me. Ignoring all messages from me. Giving me stupid excuses why they hadn't sent the money, like it was raining and they needed to get the money from someone else. It's been about three weeks and still nothing. The young guy (Arish) that was some sort of supervisor that took my money is just a pure scammer. I felt unsafe. This is not the normal Balinese behaviour I've always experienced and love. So disappointing.
The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the thermal pools are amazing. I'd suggest just visiting them and sadly, give the hotel a big miss!

Pros:

Var kjempe flott der, eneste det var noe å sette fingren på var at utelyset var veldig skarpt om natten og de hadde ikke blendingsgardiner på rommet. Men ingen annet å sette fingren på, hærlig personal og sted 😍😍😍

Pros:

Nice spacious room. No hot shower but they have a hot shower in the thermal pool area. 5 hot thermal
pools and 1 cold pool. Hot pools are drained every night and fresh water added so no chemicals used. Nice relaxing location. Would stay here again. Value for money and easy to organise day trips to the lava fields, lake and mountain
