Aria Hotel Cesme

I booked in a stay for 4 people (my family) for one night and paid in advance. At the time of check in(around 2:00am) my family were told that the booking does not exist and they were only provided with a room for two people which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. In the morning I myself attended the hotel and after speaking to the receptionist, she mentioned that the booking actually does exist and the person doing the night shift at the reception simply didn’t know how to operate the system. Adding to that, the room condition was also terrible. I will be lodging a dispute to have my money refunded.

Sehr schmutzig Zimmer immer nur Aufforderung oberflächlich gesäubert. Frühstück war sehr dünn sozusagen minimalistisch. Frühstückszeiten stimmen nicht wie auf der Internetseite mitgeteilt (08:30 -10:30 Uhr, danach gibt es keine Getränke und Speisen). Die Sonnenliegen und waren kaputt oder verdreckt. Im Pool hat eine Treppe gewackelt, ob sie rausfallen würde (keine Sicherheit oder Hinweis), einfach ein heruntergekommenes Hotel. Wir haben drei Tage vorher ausgeheckt da wir die Hygiene und die kurze Frühstückszeit nicht sehen konnten. Ich möchte eine Entschädigung für den Transfer und die schlechte Sauberkeit erstatten. Mir liegen noch viele Fotos vom Hotel bzw. von den Zimmern vor.
Ich habe noch nie so ein schlechtes Hotel gesehen. Auf der Internetseite sieht alles top aus, was leider nicht der Fall ist.
Auf der Expediaseite stand diese Unterkunft mit Transfer, was nicht war und wir mussten uns ein kostenpflichtiges Taxi bestellen.

Genel olarak bir kanalizasyon kokusu vardı otelde.

Otel gercekten cok guzel ve huzurluydu. Her yer yesil, ciceklerle dolu bir bahcesi var. Havuz buyuk ve temiz. Kahvalti da bizim icin yeterliydi. Calisanlar cok kibardi. Odada malesef pek rahat edemedik.

Konumu ve kahvaltısı güzeldi. Biz gün içinde plajlara ve çarşıya gittiğimiz için otel içinde çok bulunmadık. Lakin odalar resimlerdeki gibi geniş değil, daracık. Biz otele giriş yaptığımızda odanın tam anlamıyla temizlendiğini söyleyemem. Yatak falan hazırdı ama sigara dumanını temizleseydiniz bari bir oda spreyi sıksaydınız. Biz gelince söyledik yaptılar ama biz gelmeden yapmalıydılar. Ve en önemlisi. İlk gece hiç yatamadık sivrisinekler yüzünden. En az 30 tane sinek vardı ve gece 3te eczaneye ilaç almaya gittim. Yine de durumu pek kurtaramadan ertesi güne uyandım. Çalışanlara durumu anlatınca yapacak birşey yok dediler. Biz yaptık sinek spreyi alıp otelin yapması gereken ilaçlamayı yaptık ve ikinci gece rahat uyuduk. Sonraki gün de ayrıldık. Otelin konumu havuzu ve binaları bakımından çok potansiyelli ama otel seninse sahip çıkmalı bence sahibi. Çalışanlarla herhangi bir sıkıntılı durumumuz olmadı yardımcı olmaya da çalıştılar. Ama konaklayanlar gelmeden oda tertemiz olmalı. Odalarda tadilatlık bir sürü iş var. Parasına kıyıp odaları güzelleştirmeli otel sahibi.

minimalistisch gehaltenes Hotel, super freundliche Mitarbeiter die bei allem behilflich sind

clean level is so so;
rooms are ok and they get fresh breeze from the seaside: very good point here;
terraces are very nice;
personel is kind and but not too “resourceful”;
breakfast is ok but no vegetarian option available (ready plate with meat is mandatory);
coffee was not included in breakfast price;
