Modliłam się o koniec.
Pros:

Hotel był blisko centrum

Cons:

W pokoju śmierdziało pleśnią i była w nim pleśń, wszędzie chodziły mrówki, w łóżku też były mrówki. Nie dało się wytrzymać i oddychać od smrodu przysięgam modliłam się żeby skończyć tam pobyt. Ogólnie cały ten budynek jest w pleśni także nie dziwne że w pokojach jest jak jest.

It's a contraction site
Pros:

The location is decent, with the beach only a five-minute walk away. However, that beach is extremely overcrowded and unpleasant; Sao Beach is far superior. The building where the hotel is still under construction and shows no signs of being completed anytime soon. Construction noise starts before 8 a.m. and is completely unbearable, effectively forcing guests to leave the hotel each morning. Dust from the construction is everywhere, including inside the rooms. The hotel itself appears to have been built on a very low budget, with poor finishes and minimal comfort. Overall, do not expect a relaxing stay or acceptable value for money.

We were offered a 10% refund after submitting a complaint through Booking.com; however, this is wholly inadequate given the level of discomfort experienced.

В целом отель и его расположение хорошие. Все необходимое в номере есть и сам номер неплохой. Но сейчас в здании в котором расположен отель идет ремонт и перфораторы долбят с утра до вечера так, что все дрожит и стоит жуткий грохот. Если уходите из номера рано утром и приходите вечером, тогда да, можно заселяться.

Krásne ubytovanie. Na pláž je to naozaj na skok. Odporúčam.
Pros:

Krásne veľký a čistý apartmán.

Cons:

Vedľa prebiehala rekonštrukcia a teda bola hluk už od 8:00 ráno. Ale inak ubytovanie úplne super.

The staff are friendly.
Construction is underway on the hotel building.
Due to the extreme noise, it is impossible to rest inside the hotel between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Cons:

In the room there is a loud noise, like someone is drilling through the wall in the next room.
I couldn't stand the noise so I didn't want to go into the room before 6pm.
In this situation, the hotel should not accept guests.

Cons:

Byggarna började jobba klockan 07:30 på morgonen och höll på till 17. Det gick inte att vara kvar på rummet. Hotellet skickade ut ett mail om att det förekommer byggverksamhet, men inte i denna utsträckningen .Dessutom kom det mailet efter gränsen för gratis avbokning.
Samtalade med en annan gäst som kom efter oss , där det var samma senario med avbokningen. Dtädningen var dålig och man var tvungen att påmina varje dag att man önskar sådan.

Hôtel retirer loin de tout le quartier est désert, plein de bâtiments sont vides

Suite à ma réservation et après expiration du délai de rétractation, j'ai été informé que j'étais indisponible pour me rétracter pour des raisons liées à des travaux prétendus à proximité. Or, nous nous sommes bien rendus sur place et découvert que les nuisances proviennent d'un hôtel voisin qui mène des travaux et pour au moins un an, avec perçage et création de nouvelles chambres.
Les nuisances sonores commencent dès 7h40 et se poursuivent jusqu'en fin d'après-midi (environ 17h00), et rien n'indique une fin prochaine des travaux, d'autant plus que l'hôtel situé de l'autre côté semble également engagé dans des travaux similaires.
