NIE WIEDER!
Pros:

Gar Nichts!! Katastrophe

Cons:

Das Hotel teilte mit, das es schliesse, 2 Tage nachdem persönlicher Kontakt stattfand, wo dies verschwiegen wurde, und ein Tag vor der Ankunft, wo eine kostenfreie Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war. Wir wurden in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht! Eine unglaubliche Frechheit. Nie wieder New Castle!

Tanta voglia di fare, ma non basta
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, molto giovane e con poca esperienza. Hanno tanta voglia di fare, ma sembrano poco supportati dal management.
Ottima posizione, colazione ottima.

Cons:

La struttura è datata e poco curata. Il livello della stanza e delle zone comuni non è allineato al costo della camera.

Good but very noisy
Pros:

Good location. Clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

It is extremely noisy. You can literally hear everything from the room next door and the corridor.
