Pros:

I just liked the location of this property other than that I did not like anything.

Cons:

The main door and washroom lock was not working. The manager is rude and not co operative. There were no cups glasses available in the room. The electricity was running out all the time. No hair dryer or iron as mentioned in the facilities. The building is half under construction. There was less staff to manage breakfast of all the people.

Chambre dans établissement séparé, en plein travaux !
Au 4eme étage sans ascenseur ( les clients ne sont pas prévénus bien sûr)
Salle de bain....3 fuites séparées. L'hotel a été prévenu...sans succès ( lavabo,wc,douche )))
Fenêtre de balcon ne ferme pas
Pas de table de nuit.
Pas de controle d'entrées dans l'immeuble infect

Очень приятное место, остались только хорошие впечатления.
Доброжелательные и отзывчивые хозяева, всегда готовы помочь.
Атмосфера спокойная и уютная, чувствуешь себя комфортно с первых дней.
Всё необходимое для проживания есть, чисто и удобно.
Отличный вариант, чтобы насладиться Шри-Ланкой и отдохнуть.

Don't go to this hotel.... Better stay at footpath....you will get more amenities

The staff are very rude
They don't have humanity
The bathroom sets are not fixed
Somehow they charge money as I got information from the other guests.
It proves true because we are charged 8000 LKR for bathroom loose connection.
The WiFi service is not available as it is very very slow connectivity.
Door locking problem

Cons:

Breakfast is very limited..
We are given one omlette
When we want one more omlette they charged money.
This hotel doesn't deserve a single star...
Your tour will be of bad memories

No es oro todo lo que reluce
Pros:

El trato del chico joven de recepción y la chica durante el desayuno, los dos nos explicaron las cosas adecuadamente, uno con el chek-in y ella con todo lo referente al desayuno, que otros dieron por supuesto

Cons:

No coincidia la habitación k reservamos con la que nos dieron, nos alojaron en una quinta planta interior, sin productos de aseo, y con un olor extraño en las sábanas.
La ubicación es muy céntrica pero las ventanas daban a los pub de la calle principal y se oían las canciones de los karaokes, a las 3am seguían oyéndose, con lo que nuestro descanso fue nulo.
Cuando accedimos a la recepción que estaba enfrente, el señor nos pidió 4000 lkr mas de lo que se ofertaba en Booking, se lo comentamos y no sé si le gustó pero puso muy mala cara y de malos modos nos dijo k lo reservasemos por la aplicación. Conclusion no lo recomendamos.
