Pros:

Отличный отель! Останавливались здесь большой группой (14 человек). Персонал — невероятно участливый, помогали нам абсолютно во всем.
Очень порадовали просторные номера. Для нас это было критически важно — в них легко помещались все вещи, и было комфортно находиться, не мешая друг другу. Все чисто, красиво и очень душевно. Обязательно вернемся!

Basic hotel with mostly helpful staff.
Pros:

Triple rooms were spacious.

Breakfast was simple and local and a kind lady even made gozleme for us the next day when we asked for it.

Right in Goreme center and lots of shopping and restaurant options.

Staff were mostly patient and helpful.

Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace.

Safe for women.

Cons:

Booked tours through the hotel and they were not very forthcoming with which agency when I asked ahead.

Very scammy approach when booking tours.
The things mentioned in the tours like ilhara trekking, breakfast with hot air balloon tour were not included. And we had to constantly argue our point.

The "cash only" policy for all these tours is just awful! We were a group of 5 and to carry around 1000 euros or pay hefty transaction fees at the ATMs is just ridiculous. When the entire world is almost cashless and a hotel refusing to accept card for tours booked through them is bizarre! ( Even though they accept cards for the hotel booking!)

The bathroom next to the reception was extremely unclean.

No lifts. (Though the staff helped us carry our luggage. )

Double rooms were extremely cramped with no way to get to the bed from the sides except sliding from the side of the foot. (Though we got a bigger room the next day)

Erdoğan, the receptionist, was very friendly—he contacted us right after booking via WhatsApp, stayed in touch, and tried to help with our requests. I truly appreciated this after facing check-in issues at several other places. For a small extra fee, we got an upgraded room with 2 bedrooms, a shared dining area, and balconies. We loved the layout and decor,

The living room and one bedroom were very cold due to strong drafts. Breakfast was meager.

Pros:

Great place, I think the best for this
money in region. Very big room (2 rooms actually), fridge and kettle, nice balcony. Especially, I would like to mention Latif’s hospitality. Also he helped us find an excellent hot air balloon flight. Thank you!

Останавливалась в отеле Ayaz Stone одна, и осталась в полном восторге. Очень уютный, атмосферный отель в настоящем каппадокийском стиле — чисто, спокойно и комфортно, чувствуешь себя в безопасности.

Отдельно хочу поблагодарить сотрудника Erdogan — очень вежливый, внимательный и отзывчивый. Он помог организовать полёт на воздушном шаре и экскурсии по Каппадокии, всё прошло идеально и без лишних переживаний.

Если ещё раз вернусь в Каппадокию, обязательно снова остановлюсь в этом отеле. Смело рекомендую Ayaz Stone, особенно для тех, кто путешествует один.
