Location, Peace, Quite yet central, good size rooms everything is very close by and has in room food order service as well from a near by restaurant. Ali the receptionist is very friendly and helpful

Goreme is famous for cave hotel. But this one is not that kind.

es ist keine kritik. sondern eher eine beobachtung. es wirkte so, als ob das Hotel gerade saniert wurde und noch kleinere arbeiten ausstehen. vorallem im Bad.

Estuvimos toda la familia de vacaciones, encantados con el hotel y el personal. Es mas el chico de la recepción un encanto, tuvimos un accidente y dos de las personas tuvieron que irse mas tarde y el estuvo atento y nos ayudo con todo. Repetiríamos seguro!

Non vale assolutamente il prezzo che chiedono, per aver speso 80€ a notte non c'era neanche una presa della corrente vicino al letto per caricare il telefono nè una luce o un comodino. Alla reception nessuno parla inglese, ti inviano un messaggio un giorno prima dell'arrivo in inglese perfetto e poi ti accoglie una signora che non capisce niente di inglese e un receptionist che si mostra anche svogliato per essere stato "disturbato " . La terrazza delle foto poi non è allestita fuori stagione, quindi non mi spiego il prezzo altissimo dato che non offre nessun servizio particolare
Alloggio accogliente, pulita e posizione perfettamente centrale a Göreme. Siamo state benissimo e lo consiglieremo.
Abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo il volo in mongolfiera attraverso l’hotel con un prezzo, ma a poche settimane dall’arrivo la prenotazione non risultava confermata. Nonostante il disguido, lo staff ci ha riprenotato il volo anche se a un altro prezzo ben più alto.
Il compleanno era molto bello, soprattutto la terrazza e la gentilezza del personale. Ottima posizione

Rooms were not arranged properly. The toilet smell is full inside the room. Reception staff was not much friendly and not supportive in proper manner. Not maintained very well. Roof top have not arranged. Not same shown in the photos.
We stayed at Ayaz Stone House Hotel for 7 days and were extremely satisfied. It was by far the most welcoming, warm, and heartfelt reception we have ever experienced in all our travels.
Ali was always there for us. We could reach out to him for absolutely anything, even the smallest details, and he always helped us. Whether it was assisting with exchanging money in the city center or getting anything we needed—he took care of everything. For every little question, we could call him or message him on WhatsApp, and he helped us like a true friend.
Makbule, who works in the kitchen and also takes care of the rooms, was like a mother to us. She took incredible care of us. Everything we wished for was done—special requests for breakfast were fulfilled, and we were even allowed to take food up to our room. We were constantly offered complimentary water bottles.
She is an extremely kind, warm-hearted, and genuinely good person. You can truly feel how wonderful she is. We were very sad to leave the hotel, and it was emotional for us that our vacation ended here. We will definitely come back—we truly mean that. My wife and I have never experienced anything like this before; it was absolutely beautiful.
The breakfast was amazing: sausage, various cheeses, tea, coffee, olives, juices, different types of bread, börek, menemen, omelet, butter, jams, and much more. Everything was prepared with great care. Makbule’s attentiveness and hospitality were especially unforgettable. A special thank you to her—we have taken her into our hearts.
The hotel was also very quiet, allowing us to truly relax and unwind. Additionally, you can go up to the rooftop terrace and admire the beautiful view of Göreme.
For us, this is definitely 6 out of 5 stars.

Отличный отель! Останавливались здесь большой группой (14 человек). Персонал — невероятно участливый, помогали нам абсолютно во всем.
Очень порадовали просторные номера. Для нас это было критически важно — в них легко помещались все вещи, и было комфортно находиться, не мешая друг другу. Все чисто, красиво и очень душевно. Обязательно вернемся!

Triple rooms were spacious.
Breakfast was simple and local and a kind lady even made gozleme for us the next day when we asked for it.
Right in Goreme center and lots of shopping and restaurant options.
Staff were mostly patient and helpful.
Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace.

Booked tours through the hotel and they were not very forthcoming with which agency when I asked ahead.
Very scammy approach when booking tours.
The things mentioned in the tours like ilhara trekking, breakfast with hot air balloon tour were not included. And we had to constantly argue our point.
The "cash only" policy for all these tours is just awful! We were a group of 5 and to carry around 1000 euros or pay hefty transaction fees at the ATMs is just ridiculous. When the entire world is almost cashless and a hotel refusing to accept card for tours booked through them is bizarre! ( Even though they accept cards for the hotel booking!)
The bathroom next to the reception was extremely unclean.
No lifts. (Though the staff helped us carry our luggage. )
Double rooms were extremely cramped with no way to get to the bed from the sides except sliding from the side of the foot. (Though we got a bigger room the next day)
