Pros:

We were warmly welcomed and were even able to check in earlier than expected. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were completely satisfied. Thank you.

Overall, I was truly satisfied with my choice.
Pros:

I stayed in this apartment for three weeks and I was genuinely satisfied. Below, I’d like to share the pros and cons of my experience:

Pros:
• Extremely polite and always responsive host
• Trustworthy and very reasonably priced
• The apartment was clean
• Good location, close to Taksim Square with convenient access to supermarkets and local shops
• Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils
• Very good and free internet — I was able to watch movies and series for hours every day without any issues

Cons:

Cons:
• The building is located in an area where you need to walk uphill for a few minutes to reach most places. This may not be a major issue, but it could be inconvenient for people with knee problems or mobility issues
• The bathroom and toilet are clean, but unfortunately there is no ventilation, which can cause unpleasant odors. This was the only significant downside I noticed

Владелец жилья совершенно не умеет общаться с гостями. Номера находятся в плохом состоянии, требуют ремонта, в комнатах повсюду паутина.
Кроме того, с нас взяли дополнительную оплату, не соответствующую сумме, указанной в Booking. Владелец заявил, что цена указана в евро, и поэтому потребовал больше денег.
Мы бронировали проживание на 15 дней, однако условия нам совершенно не понравились, поэтому мы решили уехать раньше. Фактически мы прожили там только 8 дней. Когда мы попросили вернуть деньги за оставшиеся дни, оплатив только фактическое проживание, владелец отказался возвращать деньги.
Считаем, что это место совершенно не соответствует нормальному уровню обслуживания гостей. Если бы у нас была возможность, мы бы не остались там даже на 8 дней.

Pros:

There are everything I needed, teapot, washing machine, gas cooker, pans, plates & cups etc.
Very spacious.

Cons:

It was 4th floor so a bit hard to climb stairs. There is no lift.

Дополнить кухню чаем и сахаром,хотя бы на 1 сутки проживания)
Pros:

Было чисто, кровать удобная. Есть кухня и стиральная машинка. Администратор был очень любезен. Расположение очень хорошее, но надо учитывать что дорога к апартаментам ведет через большую гору! Не далеко магазин carrefour. Рядом метро Таксим и остановка откуда отправляются автобусы Havabus в аэропорт. Уборка квартиры самостоятельно, есть пылесос.

Cons:

Т.к. апартаменты находятся вблизи мечети, утром с улицы сильно слышен призыв на намаз, но нам это не очень сильно мешало, надо уважать традиции страны.

I don’t know if every apartment in Istanbul like this
Pros:

Location is good, close to city center. Warm apartment to stay at late autumn. Everything what you need is in the apartment.

Cons:

The windows are very thin and let in all the street noise. There's no building right across from the windows on the bedroom side, and strange people hang out on this land late at night, talking loudly. It really disturbed my sleep! Once, the power was out for an entire day, and sometimes the WiFi didn't work. Many homeless and weird people in the area

Pros:

Понравилось все.
Еще не приехав, Али (вроде так зовут) нам скинул все фотки апартамента. Разрешил заселиться на 2 часа раньше. Помог через ватсапп найти расположение.
Апартамент чистый. Все необходимое есть. Разные виды стаканов, но к сожалению, один стакан я разбила💔 Прошу прощения.
При выезде помогли с чемоданами и даже согласились временно хранить (3часа) наши чемоданы.
В общем, мы очень довольны. Если снова будем в Стамбуле, обязательно остановимся😘

Чистая уютная квартира на 2м этаже. Есть всё необходимое, посуда, утюг, фен, стиральная машина. Фотографии на сайте соответствуют действительности. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый и всегда на связи по любым вопросам.

Cons:

Очень хорошая слышимость, будете слышать всё что происходит на улице. А так же чтобы пройти к площади Таксим или к метро или автобусным остановкам нужно подниматься в гору.

l'appartement en soit est bien mais l'emplacement ne convient pas a une femme enceinte ou a une a une personne agé, il faut montrer 500 metre a pied .
mais l'appartement est chauffé et équipé du necessaire.
