الموظفون رائعون لكن الفندق غير جيد

الاطلالة جميلة بالرغم من ازعاج الطائرات كونه قريب على المطار

Cons:

المبنى قديم جدا ورائحة العفن في الممرات
الثلاجة كانت مطفأة وفيها رائحة عفنه
غلاية القهوة معطلة ولا تسخن الماء الا بعد اكثر من نصف ساعة
المسبح قديم والانارة مطفأة
النظافة العامة ليست جيدة

It was okay but I wish if Inook in a hotel close to downtown
Pros:

Cleanses, Staff are friendly and helpful, very close to airport but you still need a transportation to come from or going from hotel. there is minibuses available near the hotel.

Cons:

Fourth floor is terrible, your head will be hit in the close Celling, far from the downtown and malls. Room is clean but very poor

I stayed one night but I am thinking of going back. Thanks for the staff and their help.
Pros:

Friendly staff and the location although a little noisy because of proximity to the airport

Cons:

The corridors need renovation. I recommend replacing the carpet.

Top hotel to stay if you travel from Trabzon airport.
Pros:

Very good location near the airport. Good service and very helpful staff. Big rooms and bathroom. Nice buffet for dinner with fair prices.

Cons:

Price of alcohol drinks high as expected.
