Really nice
Pros:

Once upstairs, everything is great, beautiful view, beautiful modern rooms, nice shower, excellent breakfast, nice staff, I will be back

Cons:

It is on a hill, which first I didn’t like, but then it became an asset. It makes the hotel special, I felt at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastline Mirissa
Hotel and immediately felt like home. From the moment we arrived, the team was super friendly and took fantastic care of us - always smiling, attentive, and genuinely accommodating.

This cozy and private hotel, perched on top of the hill, is exactly what we needed. You escape the busy city life and immerse yourself in peace and nature all around. It truly feels like your own small piece of paradise! We loved watching the monkeys, soaking in the breathtaking views, and enjoying those spectacular sunsets every evening. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, adding to the comfortable, relaxed vibe.

The food and beverages were excellent, with a fantastic selection of meals that kept us happily coming back for more. Everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented.

We even had the pleasure of meeting the owners - incredibly friendly and welcoming people who clearly pour their hearts into this place. You can feel how much they care and how much they enjoy what they do. It makes all the difference!

Thank you, Coastline Mirissa Hotel, for an unforgettable stay. Keep shining! We will definitely be back and can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastisch hotel! Echt genieten!
Pros:

Het een prachtig hotel, hele mooie, sfeervolle en moderne kamers, heerlijke zwembaden, fijn ontbijt, super vriendelijke personeel en erg vriendelijke eigenaar die regelmatig een praatje kwam maken en tips gaf voor de omgeving. Echt pure ontspanning na een hectische maar mooie reis in Sri Lanka. Ik kan niks negatiefs bedenken en zou het hotel iedereen aanraden!

One of my favourite places to visit.
Pros:

Beautifully situated high amongst the trees with great views. Very peaceful rooftop pool. Incredible food. Second time I have been there now, and will want to visit again!

Beautiful haven in the treetops
Pros:

This is a very special hotel, with quality we saw nowhere else in Sri Lanka. The whole premises are beautiful, a total haven in the treetops! Food was great and all of the staff were fantastic. One of the things that stands out is the way the owners interact with guest in the most unforced way, happy to chat about their day, their lives before the hotel, and everything in between. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great location, hilltop with nice views but still close to the main road.
Room was huge and functional.
Facilities, staff and food all great!
2 pools, rooftop nice but little shade. Lower level pool had a lot of tree shade.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind and just enjoy every moment. The spa treatments were amazing (the massage was one of the best we’ve had!), and the food was consistently delicious — every meal felt like a treat.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’re already wishing we could come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway in Mirissa!

Een plek die we iedereen zonder twijfel kunnen aanbevelen.
Pros:

Wij hebben hier een fantastisch verblijf gehad na een reis van drie weken door Sri Lanka. Dit is echt de perfecte plek om je reis ontspannen af te sluiten, zo goed zelfs dat we spontaan een extra nacht hebben bijgeboekt.

We hebben hier heerlijk geslapen, zeker in vergelijking met veel andere accommodaties in Sri Lanka. Het hotel is prachtig en sfeervol, en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook vonden we het leuk om het verhaal van de Nederlandse eigenaren te horen en te zien met hoeveel passie dit project is opgebouwd.

Zowel het restaurant als het ontbijt zijn van hoog niveau en absoluut een aanrader. Het zwembad is heerlijk en vooral het junglezwembad is een unieke ervaring en ideaal als je met kinderen reist.
