La vista de la terraza y la decoración del cuarto.

Cons:

El cuarto no estaba listo cuando llegamos. No hay cortinas y es difícil descansar cuando el sol da en las ventanas que son pegadas al techo y no hay manera de cubrirlas. No informaron que el spa no está abierto todos los días. La limpieza del baño fue terrible. Deberían de entrenar a su personal y enseñarles los puntos más importantes de aseo. El desayuno ni siquiera pudimos comerlo fue muy raro. Algunos del personal eran muy amable pero les falta mas entrenamiento.

Dieses Hotel hat die Sterne in keiner Weise verdient. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, es gab kein Obst. Es war sehr sehr einseitig und auf Nachfrage, bekam ich dann das Frühstück. Das Zimmer dunkel und nur mit einem schmalen Fenster ausgestattet.
Die Poolzeiten waren nicht gastfreundlich. Die Zeiten waren ab 12.00 Uhr möglich und nur an bestimmten Tagen.
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis entspricht in keiner Weise für das Hotel. Der gezahlte Preis ist in keiner Weise vertretbar, daher erwarte ich die Hälfte meiner Kosten. Vielen Dank für Ihre Bemühungen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Sylvia Heinemann

La cama muy cómoda,el apartamento era grandecito,tenías tú espacio y tal,el personal super amable,unas vistas impresionantes,el jacuzzi de la habitación espectacular pero....

Para el precio...estaba un poco abandonado,sin vida,Al principio nos daba miedo porque creo que no había nadie más en el hotel,zonas abandonadas,estaba en obra(deberían cerrar hasta terminar las obras),no tiene restaurante,quizás tuvimos mala suerte con ir cuando está en obra 🙃es una pena,porque deberían darle más vida,que la recepción esté abierta siempre,no tener que llamar para que te abran la puerta,tarda en salir agua caliente,no hay calefaccion,te alquilan la estufa x 30 bs diarios,un poco lejos de los teleféricos,para llegar taxy o autobús pumakatari etc...PERO RECALCÓ EL PERSONAL SUPER AMABLE.

Excellent hotel - very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. They let us check out late and were very helpful throughout! Great breakfast.
