Although the property is quite large, it feels intimate. It is a quiet and peaceful place. There were families with children as well as people without children. Everything was well provided for; there was no unmet need. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Cambodia. The pool and the surrounding areas were very well maintained. There were no insects in the room. The rooms were very clean. The staff were ready with solutions to any problem. There is a sauna and a steam bath. I used family room - 2 kids and 2 adults.

The hotel is relatively new with good facilities and excellent staff. The problem is it is in the middle of nowhere. Also very little for you to do in Kep.

Nice clean, newly built hotel, mountain views were nice, polite staff willing to help you out, early check-in was no issues, although they were very quiet that day.
Pool area is clean, great breakfast. Hotel can book bus tickets and provide local advice! Room was great, spacious.
They offer easy scooter rental which is a must if you don’t have transport as hotel isn’t in easy walkable distance to anywhere, few dollars more than elsewhere but you don’t have to leave passport with anyone and its extremely convenient, wouldn’t recommend riding in Cambodia for a beginner though.
Reception staff need more training, we wanted to extend stay by a night and initially get quoted more than the booking rate? Every other hotel will give you a slightly better rate at the desk, then reception makes it out like the rate I eventually bargained (same as booking rate) was a special price?
Check out took over 25mins just to pay for scooter and mini bar bills, young lad at front desk was constantly on the phone to his boss regarding a simple checkout? He also asked us to pay for bus ticket despite us paying for it the previous day, this was an early bus meaning we missed having breakfast due to spending this unforeseen time at reception.
Strange housekeeping times, you never know what time they’ll knock/clean, one day late, one day early! They arrived late one-day when we just got back from a day-trip so I decline a clean and the girls start laughing hysterically to each other?? Not very professional.
Food from on-site restaurant/room service wasn’t the best. Breakfast was good but one day À la carte and the next day buffet style?? Strange!
The staff were great and the hotel had everything we needed and more.
