Pros:

Hartelijke ontvangst/hulpvaardige receptie die bijna gehele dag aanwezig is. Echt een boutique hotel.

Kamer/ontbijt zijn uitstekend in relatie tot de kamerprijs per nacht. De lokatie is ideaal/op 8 min. loopafstand van 'The Old City'.

מלון קטן ונחמד.נמצא במיקום מצויין וקרוב להכול.חדר פשוט אך קיים בו כל מה שצריך. למחיר כזה זו תמורה מצויינת והגיונית.
הצוות נהדר ועונה על כל בקשה, שירותיים ונחמדים מאוד!

הזרם של המים במקלחת חלש מאוד וקשה לחפוף(במיוחד אם השיער ארוך)
יש קצת כתמים על השטיח והשמיכה בארון הייתה עם ריח של סיגריות ומלוכלכת,לא השתמשתי בה.

Huge recommendations for this hotel!
Pros:

I enjoyed absolutely everything about my stay. Room was very comfortable and clean, many toiletries were provided, also some coffees, teas and few bottles of water. Hotel staff was polite, attentive and also very helpful - all the best to them. On top of that, the location was a perfect score - few minutes from 28 Mall and 28 May Metro Station, while also having a bus stop near Heydar Aliyev Sarayi to Nizami Street and Icerisheher. Definitely will book this hotel when I come to Baku again. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff.
Walkable both towards the metro and to the city center.
First impression - good value for the price..

Cons:

..but it is also loud - sleeping in 401 is like sleeping next to the ventialiton system
Bathroom also requires a major refurbishment
