There was no you tube on the TV,and there was no hot water on the third day !

Nothing.don't go there.we first got a room in basement..then we asked to change to better room..but room was tiny abd aircondition was literally on the bed. The sink was tiny

Cons:

Doesnt worth the money. Go find another place to stay.

I would stay here again if I needed to.
Pros:

When we arrived, the young lady at the front counter was very nice and helpful. It was easy to find and easy to access. I liked the property. It was close to the subway, Target, a dollar Tree and other stores. I did not feel unsafe staying there. They waived the security deposit when we went there, which helped. The rooms were no smoking which I liked. If you wanted to smoke you could go right outside,

Cons:

The eggs at breakfast were disgusting. They were wet and felt funny (I'm a texture person). The rest of the breakfast was ok. The room was small compared to other hotels I am used to. The safe did not work in our room and we or the people at the front desk could not figure it out.

You can book it as Plan B
Pros:

The room size was ok compared to Other NYC hotels we have stayed before. Bed was large and comfortable. Restroom was also spacious.

Cons:

The front desk staff ( 2 male) always looked like they do not want to talk. Breakfast options were Very limited. Even though the washroom was clean, Room floor was very dirty.
