Disappointed, do not recommend man in wheelchair frequented the lobby like the hotel might also be a shelter. Not a good

Room was clean

Cons:

The concierge desk was behind plexiglass. Like it was a corner store deli. The experience seem transactional like it was a per hour establishment. Felt more like a hook up motel than Ramada by Wyndham property.

It was a good stay but just a few inconveniences with Parking and the pride being higher than other hotels

Very good.
Pros:

The room is well appointed, modern and had all that we required. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were efficient with cleaning and the front desk staff were courteous. The location was perfect for access to Brooklyn College and close to shops and the subway.

Cons:

Th breakfast was basic and uninspiring. The choices were limited. The eggs tasted synthetic and the coffee was a Nescafe machine. I am sure for the Ramada brand a coffee machine with espresso and cappuccino options would elevate the customer experience.

Decent value for money
