It was clean

Room was very small and my next door neighbor was going to in and out all night plus I could hear them speaking all night loud and clear

The staff at check in were pleasant and helpful.

Your cleaning staff either does not speak English or are just plain rude. I asked someone who was vacuuming the floor if she could give me bathroom tissue, she said oh when the person comes to clean i thinkshe could have offered to get it. . You say good morning and they don't answer.
Do you have homeless people staying there. I have nothing against them but it seems as if they want to take over the breakfast area in the morning and you have to navigate around them.
Suggestions: you do not have a night light or another light in the room so when you turn off the light by the door you can easily fall making your way back to the bed. You should at least have one other light in the room. Also why don't you provide a microwave. Your prices are not cheaper than other hotels like yours you should have a microwave in the room .
The bathroom was very clean.

It was cool!
Pros:

I just spent 1 night & I found my stay to be comfortable & relaxing.

Cons:

That there wasn’t any Netflix. All my previous stays at hotels in Brooklyn & Manhattan have Netflix but this place didn’t.

We could not stay here, from the bulletproof glass reception area, to the dirty floors an unsavory characters hanging out front and in the front foyer area. Friends of hours had stayed the night before and left because of the clientele fighting in the hallways and in the room next to them as well as finding roaches in their room. We went to check in to check the property to see if what they were saying was correct and we experienced a very unsavory clientele hanging around out front as well as in the front area. Everything about this property for single women is very scary. My friends were all given refunds but I wasn't because I booked through booking.com so now I have spent over 3 hours trying to get my money back because there is no way as a single woman I would say in this property

Usually had comfortable stay on previous occasions but this last stay was not
