Pros:

Boa localização, café da manhã bem variado, gostoso e ambiente agradável. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não era potente, poderia ter um micro-ondas no quarto ao lado da geladeira e as paredes e teto estavam com manchas e bolhas de umidade.

Excelente experiência no Hotel Riva. Estrutura impecável, ambiente extremamente elegante e um cuidado em cada detalhe — do aroma agradável à decoração de muito bom gosto.
O quarto é perfeito, elegante, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, banheiro espaçoso.
O café da manhã bem completo, bem apresentado e, por ser Páscoa, estava diferenciado, com variedade de quitutes e chocolates que elevaram ainda mais a experiência.
Entrega acima da média e hospitalidade excepcional. Sem dúvida, um hotel que entende o valor da experiência do cliente e executa com excelência.
