Pros:

The overall experience was not bad.

The cute Chinese girl who handled our check in was very nice and polite.

Cons:

They didn't provide basic toiletries such as toothbrushes. I need to pay RM2 to get one toothbrush. For more than RM 150 per night, of course I'm expecting more from this hotel.
