Ils ont annulé notre réservation sans nous aviser .
D’abord nous avions réservé il y a plus de 3 semaines et nous avions demandé un taxi à travers eux pour venir nous chercher.
Ils ont demandé les détails de notre vol par Whatsapp et ont confirmé le tout et que le chauffeur nous attendrait à la sortie de l’aéroport.
Une fois à l’aéroport aucun taxi nous attendait. J’ai appelé ils nous ont dit aucun taxi , nous avons pris un de l’aéroport encore disponible et il ne restait que 2 voitures vu l’heure tardive de notre arrivée. Un peu plus et il not avait plus de taxi non plus .
Une fois à l’hôtel on nous a dit qu’il
N’y avait pas de chambre pour nous , qu’il vous avait avisé et appelé mais que Booking n’a jamais répondu . Ils vous ont accusé tout comme Expedia de faire de l’overbboking .
À 23 hres le soir nous avons dû chercher in extremis un endroit où dormir qui nous a coûté plus que le double doit USD 200 + tx .
Le personnel n’a même pas essayé d’aider à trouver un autre endroit.
Nous avons loger au Grand Resort and Résidence Hôtel.
Très mauvais début de séjour.

No hot water for showering. This was mentioned in a review that I read before booking but I thought the problem would have been resolved. Nope, still no hot water.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung und viele Fehlinformationen
Pros:

Die Lage war voll ok für uns für eine Nacht. Es gab ein Restaurant 800 entfernt und schräg gegenüber eine Pizzeria. Das Bett war weich. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Es wurde per Mail vor dem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt: „… our in-house restaurant prides itself on a diverse menu that caters to all tastes, including vegetarian, meat, and seafood options, along with […]“. Als wir mit großem Hunger zur Rezeption sind, um uns nach dem Restaurant und dem Essen zu erkundigen, hieß es man habe nur „Wings and Fries“. Nichts weiter. Und vegetarisch waren dabei nur die Pommes. Dafür wurde uns das Restaurant 800m entfernt empfohlen, das sehr gut war. Das Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber. Die Terrasse mit Pool hat absolut keine Liegefläche. Es war extrem windig und ohne Windschutz. Bei Windstille wäre es vielleicht okay gewesen. Das „so freundliche Personal“ wurde hier angepriesen; wir hatten jedoch nur beim Check-Out eine sehr freundliche Dame. Sie hat uns ein Taxi zu einem fairen Preis organisiert. Wir haben Kaffee to Go bekommen. Leider ohne Milchalternative (obwohl man uns am Vorabend noch gesagt hat, es gäbe eine laktosefreie Alternative; davon wussten die Küchen-Personen am nächsten Tag nichts …). Es ist den Preis leider gar nicht wert. Ich würde dort nicht wieder schlafen.

Rooms are OK but very old. Bed wasn't comfortable. Shower was horrible. Breakfast was awful. I checked out the next day and moved to a better hotel.

Booking allowed me to book this with my baby. The place is disgustingly dirty and should not be on the platform at all.

Klidná lokalita, blízkost supermarketu a hlavně bazén!!! :-)

Cons:

Trochu divné v pokoji bylo, že příčka z pokoje na WC byla z průhledného skla.

Run down and weird hotel.
Pros:

The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The entire place was really run down. The website states that there is a restaurant. There was no restaurant on site, except for breakfast. The pictures are NOT accurate and the price was quite high for what we got.
