Pros:

Actually, I stayed at nearby newly constructed homestay due to some drainage issue at Birdwing cottage. Owner of Birdwing cottage arranged this and coordinated very well with me for this arrangement. I appreciate his cooperation.

Cons:

Approach road to Birdwing cottage. There are 2-3 options. Guest visiting this homestay are advised to discuss it prior with owner to avoid inconvenience.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the facilities were great. Birdwing Cottage is close enough to walk to the city centre, but is quiet and peaceful.

Pros:

The room is really nice, fully clean and comfortable. The balcony give kinda nice view and is comfortable to be outside without facing the rain. The manager is helpful and nice to talk with.

Cons:

The gap around (mostly under) the doors make it a bit too cold. It could be nice to put something to cover it.
