1- Não fica uma recepcionista o dia todo no hotel

2- acabou o papel higiênico e me deram papel de boca pois era de noite e a recepcionista não estava

3- no check out quiseram me cobrar 6,000 pesos filipinos alegando que eu consumi no hotel porém eu não consumi
Quando fui ver esse valor era de outro quarto

4- sai uma água bem fraca do chuveiro e o ralo demora para descer então fica uma poça d’água

When I visited the the pool was not working. The breakfast menu is a bit limited. My room faced the back of the property but I couldn’t open the window as it looked onto a rubble heap.

I wouldn’t call it resort to be honest, just a building with a rooftop pool. My room was comfortable and staff always kindly addressed my needs, but I had no natural light throughout my stay due to a window that can’t be open as it faces the back of the building. Missing bedside tables. Also mosquitoes seemed to be quite an issue.

Before sharing my feedback, I strongly urge the hotel to update its Booking.com listing to clearly state that some rooms do not have real windows.

We booked a double room, and upon arrival, I was shocked to find that our room had a fake window—one that didn’t let in any light and couldn’t be opened. On top of that, there was no Wi-Fi or cell signal in the bedroom, and the strong smell of mold made it unbearable for me, especially since I’m highly allergic.

I immediately asked the receptionist if I could pay for an upgrade to a better room, but I was told that none were available. Left with no other choice, I started looking for accommodation elsewhere. Only after I informed the staff that I was leaving did they suddenly manage to find upgrade options, which we accepted. While these rooms were an improvement, they were far from ideal.

The floor was filthy—after walking barefoot, my socks turned black instantly.
The bathroom was missing basic essentials like toilet paper.
The room faced the main street and was extremely noisy, with every sound from scooters, tuk-tuks, and people talking clearly audible inside.
Breakfast was disappointing:

The selection was very limited, and portions were small.
I gave it two chances—one time, the eggs and bacon arrived fridge-cold and tasted terrible. The other time, I ordered a "continental breakfast" which consisted of just three tiny pieces of watermelon, three slices of bread, and butter.
Housekeeping is only available on request, and during our six-night stay, I requested cleaning twice. The second time, the receptionist seemed annoyed by my request

Only thing is it can be a little loud from the corridor so would recommend ear plugs but other than this it was perfect! Would stay again!

I did not like the elevator not working at all. I got to watch 65+ Year olds carrying their luggage up and down the stairs. It is unacceptable to have your elevator out of service for so long.

I did not like the staff, especially housekeeping. We tried to use housekeeping once and after the experience never even bothered asking them to clean again. They all have serious attitude problems and do not seem to care about the guests at all.

The room had a problem with the bidet, it wouldn't turn off. It took multiple times asking to have it fixed and 24 hours before it was "fixed". After they "fixed" it, it just leaked the rest of the trip and the bathroom stayed more or less flooded. I didn't dare bother asking for that to be fixed as well and possibly upset the precious staff.

Wi-fi ia not stable

There is no elevator and we are on the 4th floor with senior citizen. cannot use the swimming pool

It was a bit hot at the restaurant when we had breakfast they could have made more fans working in the directions of customers
