A high-level structure
Pros:

It's a wonderful place, elegant and charming, and I always come back gladly.

Cons:

This time, breakfast wasn't available at the hours we needed (early on a Sunday morning). The staff was very helpful and they brought a tray to our room the evening before, but I think this should be properly advertised in advance, and I find it weird for the level this structure aims at.

It was quiet

Cons:

I went in the autumn and the property looks very different to the photos as they have all been taken in the summer. The facilities such as restaurant, bar and breakfast were all closed for 1 day as it was off season. That said the staff were very friendly and made sure I would be okay. It was a bit eerie staying there as the only guest. Lesson to self…. Check these things in future travels.

Pros:

We were excited with this property . Hotel accepted our dog labrador . . After hours in the car - they waited for us -what we really apreciated . Room was excellent and we had small garden for a dog .
They have 2 very good restaurant - we were satisfied with japan restaurant .
