Pros:

The sole of my shoe fell off just as I stepped into the hallway. Fortunately a staff member was coming down the hall and she assisted me by taking the shoe and gluing the sole back on. Excellent commitment to taking care of a customer. I was very appreciative. The hotel decor was pleasing in its promotion of Reggae music.

The smell. Place smelled like bleach most days in the lobby. They need to invest in some scent technology as it cheapens the experience. Noise from pool bar in the room on night and the fact that the bar was closed on a Friday by 10

Nice good sized boutique hotel, Clean, very friendly staff, two swimming pools one on the roof top bar. Bedrooms were cleaned to high standard, really nice, served a good variety for breakfast.

I accidentally left my electronics in hotel room when I checked out and I was able to collect it the next day from the hotel lost property

Cons:

Just flew in from England, was staying at S hotel toward end of trip but due to an issue with an AirBNB I drove to S Hotel to make an earlier booking. Front desk at the time had no way of giving me temp access to wifi so I could update my hotel booking or booking through my account, so I was forced to buy a data package so I could book. Apart from this initial inconvenience the service was great
