I felt at home !
Pros:

Everything
The service is wonderful especially at the reception.
On each floor you have a water machine to fill your bottles. This is a real plus .

Cons:

You have to be aware that some rooms ; pool side rooms, enjoy the evening pool bar music from 5pm till 10pm. It is nice music but it can bother some clients.

Bel établissement, bien situé.
Pros:

Hôtel situé dans un bâtiment avec une belle architecture. Établissement bien aménagé et bien décoré. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Hôtel situé à proximité des deux principales visites de la ville : musée Bob Marley et Devon House. Bons petits déjeuners.

Cons:

À part les deux visites signalées ci-dessus, pas grand chose d’autre à voir.

Perfect Location
Pros:

Stunning hotel in the heart of Kingston. It was super relaxing and quiet. The room was nicely decorated with black and white with a nice view of the poor. The food was exceptional, the bell man was very polite and the front desk staff was inviting. I will definitely revisit.

It was an okay stay in a well located hotel but there has been a degradation in service to cost.
Pros:

Breakfast is poor in comparison to the previous times stayed at the hotel - every year for the last 6 or 7 years.

Cons:

The hotel is central and the property is clean/well maintained but I do not see what justifies the difference in price from other establishments.

The Surprise of Kingston
Pros:

Fantastic customer service with the reception the Bar and the dining experience.
The Hotel is located in an area accessible to restaurants bars and outdoor experiences by walking.

Cons:

Our room (239) was located opposite a kitchen? or a room with many people going in and out. The windows were so poor you could hear the staff talking. Also it was obvious why black blinds were installed as they could see straight into our room..
