Car cannot go near to the hotel, you need to park your car at least 500 meters before the hotel

Very dirty, exposed electrical wiring. Noisy, dark in the hallways.
I booked two rooms for two nights but to the risk of getting sick, checked out after one night. Did not receive any refund. The man at the front desk told me to contact booking.com for refund.
Nothing. I did not stayed at the hotel as the rooms had disgusted stains on the walls and on sheets and torn bedsheets. Very poorly maintained rooms and halls.
I had to leave the rooms 10 mins after i got in and found the condition of the room.

It is just 200 to 300 meters away from Golden Temple
The property was little un-hygienic. Bedsheets and pillow covers were little dirty. The walls were soiled as well. They did’t provide basic toiletries like toilet rolls and soaps. No windows for ventilation
Size of room is vary large & bed sooo comfortable, staff are very friendly

Excellent location and service! This hotel is just a short walk from the Golden Temple, which was perfect for our visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful, even accommodating our late-night arrival. Special thanks to Mr. Samraat for his excellent communication and for helping us arrange local tours. Highly recommend!
