فندق نظيف ومريح والخدمات ممتازه واسعاره ممتازه على نظافته والباصات للحرم متوفره طوال اليوم في رمضان
والسحور متنوع ولذيذ جداً واشكر الشيف المصري وتسلم يدينه على طبخه اللذيذ
ومن ناحية الاستقبال الشباب كلهم فيهم الخير والبركه محترمين واخلاقهم عاليه الله يعطيهم العافيه جميعاً
ولن تكون اول زيارة للفندق ان شاء الله .

Miserable Experience & Poor Management overall
Pros:

Nothing to be liked about.

Cons:

It's a long list .. During our two nights stay durimg Ramadan while coming back from Haram around 3am on the Shuttle bus provided by Hotel, instead of dropping us to Hotel first, the driver took us directly to Petrol Station for refueling of Bus.. The station was closed so driver took us for a city tour in search of another petrol station. We reached the petrol pump around 0345 Hrs and once the refueling began, the issue came up that there was no prior coordination with this station and they weren't informed as per the procedure. So things got further delayed and at around 0415 Hrs all passengers got off the bus and a booked a taxi for Hotel as everyone was getting late for Suhoor.

I already missed my Sahoor which was included my booking due to mismanagement of Hotel staff as we reached back Hotel at around 0430 Hrs after starting out journey at 0300 Hrs. We stayed on road for one and a half hour at that time of night.

Moreover, once we reached back and complained about the issue at reception, the receptionist instead of being sorry and offering any compensation just said that there is a restaurant across the road you can have your sahoor from there.

We all missed our prebooked Sahoor for which we had already paid just because of poor management and we were kept on road for one and a half hour and eventually we had to book a taxi to Hotel.

Poor Management overall..

Secondly the Breakfast (Sahoor) provided has very very limited options..
