Everything!
So far the best hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. Not sure why they don’t have 5 stars yet. I would really recommend it to everyone. the cleanliness, the hospitality, the amenities, the location very close to the center so you can walk to all of the main attractions. But I would really like to point out the people who are working there, so for the most amazing people who make you feel like at home, always take care of you. I’m so thankful for their support. It was my first time, got the best recommendations what to eat and what to do in the city. Got an upgrade, so I could stay in the best conditions possible. Thank you guys 🫶 Now I know where to stay when I come back!

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because of the horrendous smell in the bathroom and even though there is a kitchette there is nothing to use e.g. pots, pans, plates, cutlery
The room was lovely, AC was great, lots of toiletries and unlimited tea and water. The staff were amazing, so friendly, always making sure I had enough water and that everything was ok, lots of advice on where to go and where to eat (maybe in future recommend some not so expensive touristy places though). Honestly the staff make the place great.
Not a complaint but be aware there are 8 flights of stairs to get to the reception/room area as it's at the top of the building.
The smell in the bathroom was awful, I kept the door shut and the fan on during my stay. There were a lot of cigarette butts on the roof outside the window.

Great location right in the city center. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a kitchen, washing machine, and fridge — very convenient. Although the lack of an elevator was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay truly enjoyable.
Amazing location, really nice team, clean and fresh rooms. The hotel is new, in a middle of the everything, but on the top floor and it is good, because nothing disturbs you. Hotel provided transfer for nice price.

I didn’t expect the hotel to be located so high up, with so many stairs to climb. I wouldn’t say it’s a major drawback — the staff will help with the luggage — but be prepared for a lot of stairs
The stay was almost perfect. The staff was very responsive before arrival, helpful and almost foreseeing our needs. The room was exceeding our expectations, it was big and comfy with perfect view of the flaming towers. Everything was new and clean. Wifi was good. Location of the hotel on Nizami street in the heart of Baku is ideal.
Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to reach the hotel. It may be challenging for people with limited mobility. For us going up and down was just a good training.
Great hotel, wonderful room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had great time in Azerbaijan. 24hour reception made checking in and out at weird times easy. The hotel is located on a high floor, which means that it is really quiet despite being so central.

A nice, clean, and very stylish hotel! There’s a cozy place to relax after long walks, a separate bedroom, and a kitchen. The shower and toilet are great—everything is well-designed and spotless.
