Très beau séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable ! Les chambres sont propres et très bien !

Check in was not smooth. wait half an hour to check in because they said it's their policy to check in at 2 pm

Pros:

The room was a good size, nice, clean bathroom.

Cons:

There was no hotel service at all. We stayed 3 nights and no one came to clean garbage bin or change the towels.
Breakfast was very basic, dry bread, no fruits, no coffee.
Location is very remote, nothing in walking distance.
There is no shade around the pool.

Beautiful and Charming, well recommended.
Pros:

Charming, very quiet and peaceful, really enjoyed our stay. Room was beautiful. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, great breakfast too.

Cons:

Honestly nothing, possibly a little maintenance of the pool tiles. Bed undersheet needed.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious, having a pool to cool off in was nice, and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Its location. There wasn’t much of anything for us to walk to for groceries or restaurants. There were a few small markets nearby, but generally we needed a Tuktuk to get anywhere.

A very peaceful stay away from the noise and bustle of Pub Street.
Pros:

Lovely little hotel, quiet, with a large room beside a beautiful pool. Staff were excellent and so polite.

Cons:

Location is 4.5km from 'downtown' Siem Reap, or an 11-minute tuk-tuk ride, so be sure that's what you want before booking. Also, we thought breakfast would be available at the hotel but it appears their kitchen service has been discontinued. However, it is indeed just a $3 tuk-tuk ride into town, or you can have food delivered to your hotel room very economically.

Service staffs is very courteous and helpful!! Specially the male receptionist, sorry I can’t remember his name. He’s very helpful and patient!! Will two thumb up for this beautiful villa and hope to be back again staying with his property!! A big Thanks to all the wonderful staffs!!

Pros:

Pool is great- salt water but not too salty. Grounds are lovely and the rooms are spacious and the beds comfy.

Cons:

There is no restaurant or bar which were advertised. It’s a 20 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and decent shops for food/ provisions.
