Please be aware that due to Harleys Bar being a lively nightime venue (nightclub) there will be noise pollution during the late evenings until early mornings.

From June 23rd until September 1st nightclub is closed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

My son and his partner said they had a really lovely night and it suited them well. They didn't see any staff so were unable to rate the staff. Replies to messages were prompt though.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included, which was ok as you have options in the locality. Very clean room, access to room by key code which was good. Hospitality tray could have more milk and teabags, just our preference.

Cons:

Maybe look at the mattress, my husband is a larger person and he felt the mattress may need changing.

It was so close to the beach and it was the perfect place for everything

Cons:

They loud at night because of the night club underneath the bed wasn’t the best two mattress together and a gap in the middle.

Cons:

It’s above a nightclub - in a student town! This is not stated on the listing, rather a bar is listed as an ‘amenity’ but they will message you the night before and say that they won’t accept refund requests for noise complaints as this is the case - so that you can’t cancel. Contacted booking.com / who weren’t helpful & then contacted the owners who just haven’t replied at all - which honestly I think is just bad and I wouldn’t have posted a review had some form of communication been returned.

Booked two rooms, the showers did not work in either of the two rooms.
Exactly the same issue with both.. the water dribbled out of the shower a little but completely unusable.

Nice room, clean and location was suitable.

The fact the doors open with a code, my phone had ran out of battery and I had to guess the code or I would have been locked out.
