Pros:

Отель чистый и уютный. Был включен завтрак (блюдо и напиток на выбор в соседнем кафе).
Было особенно приятно, что заселили в отель без доплаты в ранее время. Рекомендую!

В отеле чисто, но приезжая в командировку человек должен в 8 утра покушать и ехать на работу, а не ждать до 10ти

1. Заезд с 15:00- это очень не удобно
2. Ночью отключают воду совсем
3. Завтрак с 10.00 в кафе, приходишь в 10.00 и ждешь еще 30 минут пока приготовят. Не вкусно! Цена на манную кашу 1700 тг
4. Нет лифта, номер был на 4 этаже, не комфортно
5. Очень маленькая парковка

Спасибо за тотчто позволили раньше вселится. Дети были уставшие.
Pros:

Завтрак средне. Но и цена соотностительна. Открывают правда поздно,с 10.00 . Персонал и отеля и кафешки очень милый.

The receptionist could do better
Pros:

Quite standard room. Not too small

Cons:

No lift but managed to bring luggage to level 1. Need to use translator because the receptionist could not speak english and made unwelcoming facial expression. But it was bearable. Luckily i booked only for 1 night and took other hotel for the remaining nights.

Good for one night stay and quick check out !
Pros:

-Room was clean as in the picture.
-The receptionist who checked us in doesn’t know English but she tried her best using translator to communicate and she was friendly.
-It’s good for quick one night stay and leave early to airport kinda place.
-There is a supermarket very close by.

Cons:

-They have informed already that there isn’t a lift and we have to carry our own bag , as our booking was in the last moment we had to agree to it may in future they can think about getting a lift as our rooms were given in different floors.
-Most annoying part is the breakfast, please don’t take their free breakfast or if you can get further discount without breakfast then that is better. First of all their breakfast policy of starting at 10 am is crazy secondly their setup is adjacent restaurant which didn’t even open till 10:30 am then what we were waiting for is just eggs or porridge that’s it. If you insist to have their breakfast ask for English breakfast as it got eggs, sausage , cucumber and tomato (very difficult to make them understand even with the translators ). They will also give you tea or coffee.
-Curtain is not full which means very early in the morning the bright sunlight will enter inside and person sleeping on the side curtain will end up waking early unless you have eyemask.

Pros:

They let me check in at 4:00 AM and stay until 4:00 PM for the same price, which means they’re not making me leave at noon.

Cons:

I requested the invoice, but it wasn’t ready because the night receptionist didn’t pass it on to the day receptionist.
