Zevkli dekorasyonu ve temizliği ön planda olan tesisin konumu oldukça başarılıydı. Seviyeli ve güler yüzlü bir personel kitlesine sahip. "mutlu personel-mutlu müşteri" etkileşimi de müşteri memnuniyetine verilen önemin bir göstergesi. Kahvaltı da ilave akşam yemeği de mükemmeldi. The facility, with its tasteful decoration and emphasis on cleanliness, is in a highly successful location. Another important feature is that it has a refined and friendly staff. The “happy staff–happy customer” interaction is also an indication of the importance given to customer satisfaction. The breakfast was nice. In the five-star hotel concept, even bathrobes and slippers were thoughtfully provided.

يتميّز المنتجع بديكورٍ راقٍ ونظافةٍ مُعتنى بها، كما أن موقعه مُوفّق للغاية. ومن أهم ميزاته أيضاً امتلاكه طاقماً راقياً وبشوشاً. إنّ تفاعل “الموظف السعيد – العميل السعيد” يُظهر مدى الاهتمام برضا العملاء. كان الإفطار جميلاً. وفي مفهوم الفنادق ذات الخمس نجوم، تم التفكير حتى في الأرواب والنعال.

“Çok rahat ve ferah bir oda, yataklar. Düzenli temizlik ve güzel bir kahvaltı. Ayrıca çalışanlar da çok güler yüzlüydü. Güzel bir deneyimdi. Tesis yeni ve modern dekor edilmiş, personelin çözüm odaklı oluşu çok hoşumuza gitti ve yaptıkları jest (meyve tabağı) mutlu etti. Tesiste restoran bölümü var menüden istediğiniz yemeği seçip villanıza sipariş edebilirsiniz. Sapanca'ya yolunuz düşürse tavsiye ederim.

A very comfortable and spacious room, with cozy beds. Regular cleaning and a nice breakfast. The staff were also very friendly. It was a pleasant experience. The facility is newly built and decorated in a modern style, and we really liked the staff’s solution-oriented approach. Their kind gesture (a fruit plate) made us happy. The facility has a restaurant section where you can choose any meal from the menu and order it to your villa. If you ever come to Sapanca, I recommend it.

غرفة مريحة وواسعة جدًا، والأسِرّة مريحة. تنظيف منتظم وإفطار جميل. كان الموظفون أيضًا بشوشين جدًا. كانت تجربة رائعة. المنشأة جديدة ومزينة بأسلوب عصري، وأعجبنا كثيرًا نهج الموظفين القائم على إيجاد الحلول. لفتتهم الجميلة (طبق فواكه) أسعدتنا. في المنشأة قسم مطعم حيث يمكنك اختيار أي وجبة من القائمة وطلبها إلى الفيلا الخاصة بك. إذا مررت بسابانجا أنصحك به.

A magical vacation ✨️
Pros:

The staff were very kind and always ready to help. The villas looked just like the photos, beautiful and clean. The place had amazing views of the city and mountains, and it felt peaceful in the woods. The pool and villa were warm and cozy. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend it. I’d love to come back again!

Doğanın içerisinde keyifli bir tatil deneyimi
Pros:

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Kahvaltısına bayıldık. Ev çok temizdi. Bohem tarzında şık tasarlanmış. Herşey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüz. İsteklerimiz güleryüzlü personel tarafından yerine getirildi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Die Anlage ist neu und liegt mitten im Grünen im Wald an einer ruhigen Stelle. Die Luft ist frisch und sauber. Vom Haus aus hat man eine wunderschöne Panoramaausblick. Das Bett war bequem. Das Haus war modern und schick ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung geschmacksvoll und die Küche vollausgeststtet. Das reichhaltige Frühstück wurde an unser Haus serviert. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und Teebeutel waren bereits in der Küche. Im grossen Infintypool hatten wir viel Spass. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gartenbeleuchtung am Abend war sehr romantisch. Das Essen dass wir von der Speisekarte bestellt haben war sehr lecker. Vielen Dank an das Personal.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, the experience was acceptable. However, there are some important points that I believe should be considered to improve the quality of the stay in the future:
1. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was very poor, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially given the hot weather.
2. Curtains: There were no proper curtains to block sunlight, making it difficult to sleep in the morning due to direct sunlight entering the room.
3. Breakfast: The breakfast lacked variety and was repeated daily with almost the same items. Additionally, the quality was below expectations.
4. Laundry Service: There was no washing machine available for guests. However, I would like to thank the hotel staff for their cooperation in helping me wash my clothes upon request, which was done informally and with kindness.
5. Space and Facilities: The hotel needs development in terms of space and facilities. There was only one bathroom serving two bedrooms, which is inconvenient, especially for families or larger groups.

I appreciate the cooperation of the hotel management, and I hope these points will be improved in the future to make the stay more comfortable and of higher quality.
