Stay away if you need to storage your luggage !!!Booking.com stated luggage storage available but is not allowed. Hence we book another hotel for another night stay just to storage our luggage
Staff service is awful !!!!
К сожалению, проживание в этом отеле оставило негативное впечатление. В номере не было включено отопление, было очень холодно. Мы пытались включить кондиционер на обогрев, но он не работал.
Мы обратились к сотруднику с просьбой зайти в номер и проверить, в чём проблема, однако он отказался это сделать и лишь уверял, что всё работает. Кроме того, в номере не было горячей воды — сначала нам сказали, что горячая вода есть, но позже выяснилось, что тёплая вода действительно не работала.
Очень разочарованы таким отношением к гостям и отсутствием элементарного комфорта, особенно в холодное время года.
Convenient location near airport. It is very affordable, and the staff are very nice.
Pretty far away from the rest of the Tbilisi. However, if you have a car, it's not a problem. You can also very easily call a taxi.
We stayed here for one night. It was clean, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

Неплохое расположение отеля, персонал вежливый, все как на фотографиях, номер в целом чистый. Очень порадовали подушки разного размера/плотности.
Огромная претензия к расположению самого номера - прямо возле стойки ресепшен! Из-за плохой звукоизоляции было слышно других постояльцев в лобби - как кто-то заселялся (в том числе ночью), разговаривал, поднимался в другие номера. Когда открывалась дверь отеля на улицу, дверь номера хлопала от ветра. Вообще не понимаю, как в таком помещении можно делать номер, оно больше подходит для технических нужд, чем для проживания. Также под кроватью обнаружился мусор (видимо, от предыдущих жильцов).
Na prenocovanie fajn. Trošku malé izby a kúpeľna už má najlepšie za sebou.
