Pros:

The co-working space was good and well set up for remote work.

Common areas were functional.

Staff did eventually look into options for posting our forgotten items to Australia, which we appreciated

Cons:

The walls were extremely thin and noise travelled very easily between rooms.

Neighbours repeatedly complained about our TV even though it was at a normal volume (due to thin walls).

We were asked to move rooms due to watching the TV, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances.

Overall, the lack of soundproofing and communication issues made the stay uncomfortable and not one we would recommend.

Excelente custo benefício.
Pros:

O que eu mais gostei foi do conforto da cama, da cozinha compartilhada, tem de tudo pra cozinhar num espaço grande arejado e muito bem organizado, do café da manhã que é feito com muito capricho. A localização é numa avenida grande de fácil acesso para ir pro norte e pro sul da ilha. Muito próximo do hotel tem um supermercado Papaya que é mais ou menos no estilo japonês e é muito bom mesmo. Tem loja de conveniência, restaurantes próximos. A localização é mesmo boa. Eu super recomendo esse hotel.

Cons:

Críticas construtivas para a administração melhorar e não para desestimular futuros hóspedes... A limpeza dos vidros do box do banheiro e das janelas deixa a desejar. As cortinas do quarto poderiam ser substituídas por algo que dê a opção de black-out e também de iluminação com privacidade e as toalhas de banho tinham mal cheiro de umidade.

Great stay, but check your power meter!
Pros:

The location was great, good value for money. There's a section for kids in the pool, and a small kids play area + pool, ping pong and foosball for the big kids.
We booked for the shared kitchen facilities (fab) as my child was missing his mum's home cooked meals 😅

Cons:

My power cut out in the middle of the night- if you book outside of booking.com you need to pay for this. I was told at check in power was included but when it cut out at 3am the security guard on call refused to even come to my room. The reception fixed it at 8.30am but my room was a furnace until then as there are no windows. My child woke at 4.30 due to the sweltering heat and lost the plot because they are scared of the dark..
