Nice but needs improvement.
Pros:

Still in the good price range.

Cons:

Quite noisy and no hot shower.
Not much food offers for foreigners.
Like: Toasted bread, freshly made coffee, butter, jelly, fruit.
For lunch or dinner I’m sure a homemade burger would be a great success.
Having a breakfast ingredient list one day in advance would save a lot of food costs.

Pros:

Location is great, walking distance to Mall, LRT station and main avenues. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff very proactive and ready to help anytime, they make the guest to feel welcome. Nice breakfast available 24/7. Room size is ok.

Cons:

No lift, only stairs available. Noisy air conditioning.

Malapit sa lahat. Ang linis ng room and very friendly ng staff. Sana may enough parking space sila para sa mga vehicles din and security guard. Not enough na cctv lang ang meron. But overall, nice place and sulit for its price.
