The room was very very large with lots of room for luggage and organizing. There was a large mirror vanity outside of the bathroom for getting ready in the morning and the large windows were able to open and allow and nice breeze or sunlight into the room. Parking out front and very walkable.
We didn’t have any warm water in the shower during our stay. The room had many air fresheners and automatic deodorizers that are not allergy or health conscious friendly. We were able to turn them off or place them in the lobby for our stay.
Bonita decoración con olor agradable por velas aromáticas
Lleven suéter hace frío

La única limitante es la falta de parqueo.
La atencion del personal y lo amplio de la habitacion
Falta de estacionamiento

Stayed here 2 nights in Jan 2026.
Small, but beautiful hotel with elegant decor and mirrors.
It is located off a side street about a 3min walk from the center of town.
Spacious, clean room.
Beds were large and comfortable enough. Crisp clean sheets, variety of pillows. Bathroom was clean.
Excellent A/C and Wi-Fi.
Small window facing the street.
Very friendly staff.
Good breakfast - though off-site.
We paid $10 each to have our laundry washed, dried, and folded on site. It was more than we would've paid if we'd walked to a launderia, but we had just returned from the waterfall hike with wet, stinky clothes, and the local laundromats were already closed.
A bit more expensive here, but the quality and room space supercede the motels and inns of this touristy area.
Bathroom was a bit small, but functional. The shower curtain kept drifting inward during showers, the cold plastic sticking to my wet skin. No ventilation in the bathroom.
Breakfast was at a restaurant about a 6 min walk away. Not a big deal, but if you're in a hurry, you might want to skip it.
They summoned someone from the restaurant to meet me in the lobby and then walk me to the restaurant, which was awkward when I could've just Google mapped it.
Our deluxe double room was between the door to the street and the reception counter, and was accessed by a large sliding glass door that ran along the lobby sitting area. It was a little uncomfortable because we had to keep the curtains closed or be on display for everyone who entered or exited the hotel. We were hardly ever in the room during the day, so it wasn't a big deal, but we were a little self-conscious about talking loud, making noise, or playing music.
The second day, the receptionist did offer a room upstairs, but by then, we were over it.
El espacio de la habitación y camas grandes
El baño muy pequeño y sin área para acomodar o colgar nada
Excellent service, the girl at the front desk was a delight, she even helped us bring our stuff up to the room, the place is located near everything, I would definitely recommend it to anybody, I would stay there again
There wasn't anything that I didn't like; everything was as expected from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It was a pleasure, and I have nothing bad to say.
It's a beautiful hotel on the surface, but an appallingly bad design. The rooms are comfy. The TV and wifi work. All rooms face the foyer so you have to keep the curtains closed unless you want people randomly peering in.
From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, your lungs will be blasted every 60 seconds with industrial-strength air fresheners that blast the place with intoxicating scents. It's like stepping into a horrific perfume factory, and there's no escape. If you have any sort of breathing issue or scent allergy, stay well clear! I arrived with bronchitis and after a few minutes was feeling really ill. The receptionist stuck a bag over the squirter in my room which had no effect. It's also really annoying bearing the darned thing squirt loudly every 60 seconds! I said I'd have to leave as it was hard to breathe so she moved me to a much smaller room without a spray. It still smelled strongly of perfume, but I could breathe.
Bathroom is tiny and basic vs the price paid.
Breakfast is at a cafe a short walk away and not worth the bother. I tried it the first day and ordered pancakes. There were 3 with a banana and syrup, but all were burnt in places, and the chef had even scraped the worst burnt bits off! The place was empty, so there's no excuse for incompetence.
