Great stay at the hotel. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, they could't have been more helpful and kind, always checking to see if we needed anything and happy to comply with special requests. The hotel was clean and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible and the food in the restaurant overall was terrific, very fresh and prepared with a lot of care. We ended up eating there every night of our stay. We had to depart early in the morning and they prepared breakfast boxes for us to take with.

Cons:

We were initially given a room that required us to walk steep steps down from the lobby to access an elevator that would take us to the third floor. We requested a different room and were given a very good room the next day that was accessed directly from the elevator.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern, einem zentralen Standpunkt und toller Aussicht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr fürsorglich! Das Frühstück war klasse. Neben dem Buffet gibt es noch eine Karte mit verschiedenen Gerichten, die im Preis inbegriffen sind, sowie verschiedene Kaffeesorten… Das Umfeld ist sehr ruhig. Man ist zu Fuss schnell an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und an det Strassenbahn!

Pros:

We stayed at the Mula Hotel for the second time. We are so in love with this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay! The service is extraordinary good and you feel so welcomed there. The food was great and the whole hotel area is just awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul. We are coming back :)
