Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad van 7 dagen bij Mula by Me. Vanaf het begin tot het einde was alles perfect geregeld. Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd met een lekkere frisse drankje, wat meteen een warm en gastvrij gevoel gaf. Daarnaast kregen we als honeymoon-verrassing een prachtige taart in de kamer wat ons verblijf extra speciaal maakte.

We zijn enorm verwend tijdens ons verblijf. Het personeel was fantastisch: vriendelijk, professioneel en altijd bereid om te helpen. De service was echt van hoog niveau.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend, met zowel een uitgebreide menukaart als een rijk buffet met veel keuze. Ook de locatie is ideaal, dichtbij verschillende bezienswaardigheden.

Als kers op de taart maakte de hamam in de kamer het verblijf helemaal compleet. Absoluut een aanrader!

Pros:

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Very comfortable beds and linen, and excellent provision of toiletries. This is a perfectly situated, well-run, and incredible value hotel that takes good care of its guests, and feels much more premium than their costs suggest. 100% recommend, and we will definitely stay here next time.

Wonderful. Staff were exceptional.
Pros:

The location is perfect for visiting all the key sites like the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. The staff were completely incredible, they were so helpful, the service was exceptional. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived through to our final check out. Turkish hospitality at its absolute best.

Visitare una città per noi nuova con la stanchezza per non avere ben riposato, alla nostra età, non siamo più giovanissi
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione. Comoda per visitare Istanbul. Il personale gentilissimo, a disposizione e presente sempre.

Cons:

La struttura è inadeguata. Abbiamo pagato circa 1235€ per 5 notti per avere una stanza piccola, nel sottoscala vicino alla stanza dello staff e ai servizi. Fare le scale a piedi, dato che non c’è ascensore per scendere non è stato molto comodo per mio marito che ha protesi alle ginocchia. Il materasso era probabilmente molto usato perché aveva due affossamenti che impedivano di dormire bene. Ma la cosa davvero per noi inaccettabile è che per andare a fare colazione ti dovevi vestire, mettere il cappotto, prendere l’ombrello in caso di pioggia ed andare a fare colazione ( abbiamo scelto di includerla) nel ristorante dell’hotel Mula di cui il Me By Mula è una dependance.

Fantástico hotel en el centro de Estambul
Pros:

Nos ha encantado el hotel. Su ubicación es perfecta, cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos y de transporte público para poder moverse a otros puntos de la ciudad. Me considero una persona muy exigente con la limpieza, y puedo decir que este es uno de los hoteles más limpios en los que me he alojado: todo estaba impecable. Aunque estuvimos en una habitación tipo sótano no fue problema para nosotros ya que apenas había ruido (probablemente habría más en otras de pisos superiores). La cama era muy cómoda y tanto las sábanas como las toallas proporcionadas por el hotel eran de muy buena calidad. Por último, quisiera destacar la profesionalidad y amabilidad de todos los trabajadores: antes de nuestro viaje resolvieron en repetidas ocasiones mis consultas, hablando un perfecto inglés y siendo todos educadísimos a la hora de responder. Además, durante mi estancia fue mi cumpleaños y tuvieron un detalle precioso, dejándome una tarta con una vela y una bonita tarjeta de felicitación. ¡Mil gracias a todo el equipo! Sin duda os volveríamos a elegir.

Por decir algo, el precio del transfer al aeropuerto era algo elevado.
