Pros:

Hotel muy típico sureño, ornamentación antigua pero muy linda. Habitaciones limpias, cómodas. La ubicación es a 5 KM de Puerto Varas y cerca no hay nada de negocios. La atención del personal siempre cordial y nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas al check out
El Restaurante fue lo mejor!! Exquisita comida y tragos. Destacar la atención de SOFÍA en el restaurante quien siempre fue muy amable, preocupada dando una excelente atención. Relación calidad precio lo recomiendo totalmente!

El desayuno muy bueno. La piscina estaba en mantención en el periodo de la visita. Los baños de las habitaciones son pequeños.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó mucho son los horarios del restaurant y la variedad. La verdad es que no había almuerzos y la cena era limitada a sandwiches

Excelente lugar
Pros:

Personal super amable. Tenía que conectarme para una entrevista justo a la hora que hacía mi check in, y me facilitaron una salita tranquila para que no lo hiciera en la habitación. Son detalles que marcan la diferencia. Los jardines son hermosos y está a una escalera del lago.
Desayuno super surtido. Nos encantó el lugar. 100% recomendado.

En Febrero reservé este alojamiento ,pero lo anulé en la recepción porque lo encontramos sucio ,mal tenido ,olor a humedad ,totalmente inferior a la publicidad .Lo cual en nuestro país es un delito ,publicidad engañosa.
