I don't know how this hotel scored 5star in booking.com!?
It can gain maximum 2star .
They faced with urban electricity problem and their generator can not provide enough energy .
Thus the air conditioner stops whole the night and it is too cold in our room.
Also they can not provide hot water .
The elevator also face problem and not safe to use.
Hotel internet is also stoped.
If your site also ranked such a hotel as five star hotel,customes' cnfidence on your site dramatically drop.

Nice hotel but still 20 mins away from the airport.

The property is clean with good courteous staff

Cons:

I took this property because of proximity to the hotel. It still took us 30 mins to come from Airport to the hotel and 20 minutes early in the morning from hotel to Airport. Both sides we booked private taxi via the hotel but while going back to the airport, the taxi suddenly became shared one as the driver picked up other passengers on the way despite we paying for private fare

В этом отеле не первый раз останавливаемся. Удобный отель для транзитной остановки между рейсами. Номера небольшие, но места для 2 человек в стандартном номере достаточно. Чисто, хороший Wi Fi. Завтрак нормальный. У отеля есть организованный трансфер из аэропорта и обратно в аэропорт, стоимость 25 EUR за автомобиль в одну сторону. Контакт-центр отеля всегда отвечает на запросы в WhatsApp оперативно, дает детальный ответ.
