Great location and experience

Ett hotell som det var tråkigt att checka ut från
Pros:

En fantastisk atmosfär och stämning. Ett pub-boende när det är som bäst. Ett hotell för den som vill kommunicera med personal och andra människor.
Bra läge nära järnvägsstationen. I utkanten av den absoluta stadskärnan men ändå väldigt centralt.

Cons:

Rummet saknade skrivbord och hade inte en enda stol. Att bara ha sängen att sitta på är obekvämt.
Om det är dåligt väder kan det vara negativt att behöva gå utomhus för att nå frukosten.
Man ska vara medveten om att det kan ta tid innan frukosten är klar. Kanske beställa kvällen innan om man har bråttom?

It was convient, for our stay , nice and central, it was clean but a little run down.
Pros:

Breakfasy very over cooked didnt have cooked on 2nd morning. Lovely staff, very friendly

Cons:

The bar area, the hotel, was adequate, could do with a lick of paint, it not often you will see an extension lead for customers to use, im sur yhis would be classed as a fire hazzard, if all 4 sockets used at once.

Will try again in future at the Hotel
Pros:

After I got to my hotel room, I arrived by train up from S.Wales, I was unwell with food poisoning, I spent a full day in bed at my room
I will in future have to come along again to try the breakfast. I went home Sunday.

Cons:

I can't comment as I hadn't got out from my room. I was somewhat poorly

Definitely worth it
Pros:

Room clean and spacious, breakfast good, the staff tried to accommodate to a gluten free diet. Definitely worth the money

A friendly place to stay with a good location for town
Pros:

Breakfast was brilliant. We had a room with small lounge, the bathroom was clean and new. The area was ideal. The staff were friendly and informative of the area. Definitely will be booking again.

Carpet was marked it should be cleaned.

Short stay to attend a funeral
Pros:

Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We arrived later than expected and were very quickly shown to our room and kindly given the offer of a parking place beside the hotel.
The kitchen had closed but the staff gave us directions to a few places close by where we could eat

Pros:

Breakfast excellent in the bar. Room was good and prime location to the railway station. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needs some attention
Pros:

Centrally located for theatre severn
Plenty of tea and coffee

Cons:

Shower cant be changed from too hot..It drips and is leaking at a join. Bed sheets not right size too small..
