お湯が早く出てほしい。
Pros:

駅近で便利でした。

Cons:

シャワー等の水道からお湯が出てくるまで5分〜10分かかるのでお風呂入る前は先にシャワー出しっぱなしにしてお湯が出たのを確認してから入ったほうが風邪ひかないです。

値段相応が少し不満が残る滞在です
Pros:

駅から徒歩1分！

Cons:

シャワーのお湯が出ませんでした。
また、シャワールームも毛が少し残っていたり、清潔さに欠ける部分も。
臭いも全体的に少しこもってました。

寝るだけのためって感じ
Pros:

必要最低限の物はあったから持って行く荷物が少なくて良かった

Cons:

ベッドがめっちゃ動く、揺れる
シャワーが安定しなくて、全くお湯が出ない
ベッドの下が汚すぎる。
お風呂とトイレが一緒

安くて泊まれて良かった！
Pros:

リホームされてたのか部屋は綺麗で1人だったけどベッドが広いUSB充電でき良かったです。

Cons:

安く泊まれて良かったのですが夕方チェックインしたら廊下に濡れたタオルが散乱してました。部屋の掃除が適当にしてる感じだった。チェックインや帰りのチェックアウトの仕方は事前にメールでお知らせして欲しかった。

ゆっくり休憩出来ました。
Pros:

ベッドが広くて、お風呂場も白色で綺麗でした。一人で泊まるには丁度良かったです。

Cons:

ケトルの上に埃が溜まっていたので、お掃除もう少しして欲しかったです。

Pros:

駅からわかりやすい位置にあった。
ファミレスやマクドナルド、コンビニもほど近かったため、ちょっとした買い物がすぐにできる
スーパーも徒歩10分圏内にあるっぽかったが、私はいっていない。
鍵をダイヤルBOXから出すのだが、クチコミにあるより分かりやすかった。

Cons:

値段の割に満足度は低め。
ダブルベッドの部屋に1人で泊まったが、二人で泊まっていたら違うかもしれない。
ただし、部屋いっぱいにベッドがあるため余白がない状態。荷物を置いたら足の踏み場もほぼない。
6階の部屋で朝シャワーを浴びたら、ぬるま湯か水だった。ボイラースイッチのON/OFF時間があるなら教えて欲しかった。
夜中の0時以降はお湯がでた。なんで？
