Jesteśmy w tym hotelu kolejny raz , Hotel ma rozbudowaną sieć saun i basenów, korzystaliśmy ze strefy dla dorosłych , co dziennie pokój był sprzątany, Panie dbali również o czyste ręczniki, Korzystanie z cieplutkiego basenu na zewnątrz po całym dniu jazdy na nartach - cudowne uczucie. Śniadania bardzo dobre, rozmaite, duża ilość świeżych owoców, miły i uczynny personel, który pozdrawiamy.

Cons:

3 dni z rzędu podczas śniadań czuliśmy się w restauracji jak intruzy - bo wszystkie stoliki byli porezerwowane, i szukanie dla nas stolika po całej sale nie było przyjemnym wydarzeniem, po interwencji w recepcji stolik został przydzielony i dla nas. Mieliśmy wykupione tylko śniadania . Tłumaczenie - że rezerwacja stolików tylko dla tych kto ma wykupioną opcję HB nas nie satysfakcjonowała, Jeżeli hotel oferuję 2 opcje - to dla każdego powinno znaleźć się miejsce w restauracji ,

Hotel bello e ben gestito, alloggio non ottimale
Pros:

Ottimo hotel con personale gentile e capace, un ristorante straordinario con cucina eccellente, servizio attento e veloce, la leadership di Alfredo Ravelli, il titolare, si sente e si vede. Molto bella anche l'area SPA e la piscina family, in parte all'aperto, ben riscaldata. Posizione comodissima sia per il paese che per le piste da sci.

Cons:

Il lodge che ci è stato assegnato non era dei migliori e per andare in hotel bisogna uscire all'aperto. La stanza matrimoniale di questo lodge è un po' piccola, l'aria era un po' troppo secca.

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel as a group of five adults. For greater comfort, we chose to book two rooms: a spacious lounge suite with a private jacuzzi and sauna, and a standard double room.



The hotel has both strengths and a few areas for improvement.



Highlights:

The breakfasts and desserts were absolutely outstanding. We sent compliments to the kitchen several times and even ordered the hotel’s signature apple strudel twice — highly recommended!



Dinner was also very good. For €35 per person, guests can enjoy a cold appetizer, a first course, a main course, and dessert (drinks are not included). If you wish to invite friends who are not staying at the hotel, the same price applies to them as well.



Room Experience:

The lounge suite was spacious and perfectly suited for a family stay. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful compliment of a meat and cheese platter and bottled water — a lovely touch.



Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, and everything was spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and well designed.



However, sound insulation could be improved. Street noise was quite noticeable, almost as if the windows were open. We would recommend choosing rooms that do not face the road.



Another issue was the temperature in the rooms — it was too warm, and we occasionally woke up at night feeling a lack of fresh air. Unfortunately, the temperature could not be adjusted.



Restaurant Service:

One inconvenience was that cappuccinos could not be made independently, so guests had to wait for a waiter to take the order and then wait again for the coffee to be served. At times this took quite long — on a couple of occasions up to 30 minutes — and there were minor mix-ups with the number of coffees ordered.



The restaurant manager did not seem particularly welcoming and appeared too busy to dedicate even a short moment to us on a few occasions.
