Warm and friendly hosts
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff who always greet you with a smile. Spacious room. Good location with a great little pho chua restaurant right across the street.

Cons:

Little details like visible wear and tear in the room. Breakfast is served in the rooftop bar, which is an open air venue, so it can get pretty hot. Neither issue was a dealbreaker, though.

Poor stay at La Maison
Pros:

Breakfast staff polite

Cons:

Person on duty in morning very rude when checking out.
We said we were confused and my wife accidentally use a bottle of water from mini bar. The man said we tried NOT to pay, but cost was worth almost nothing.
He told me he didn't care if we write bad review.
