Pros:

Am besten hat mir unser Kellner Serkan gefallen. Er hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir waren eine sehr große Gruppe. Er hat sogar die Bar abends länger aufgelassen und frischen Tee für alle gekocht.

Das Frühstück war für dieses Hotel gut.

Cons:

Leider hat das Personal an der Rezeption immer wieder vergessen die Taxen zu bestellen. Es konnte auch nur ein Mitarbeiter etwas englisch. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir 3 Frauen dabei hatten die türkisch sprachen.

Pros:

Ottima struttura, posizione comoda fra città e aeroporto, colazione varia e abbondante, staff molto disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente durante la prenotazione e l'hotel ha fatto tutto il possibile per aiutarci, offrendoci anche un upgrade.

Fab hotel - kind staff
Pros:

I have just returned from my trip to Turkey and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. As I was travelling alone for dental work I was quite apprehensive but I soon felt very at ease when arriving at the hotel as I was greeted by a friendly and kind reception team. Lovely hotel, perfect for what I needed it for, cleaners and staff really kind and helpful. Room size was great. Will absolutely stay here again.

Overall, a lovely stay made memorable by the great location and wonderful staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Quality Gold Suite. One of the best things about it was the location – it’s very convenient, close to the airport, and centrally situated near many of the popular attractions. This made it easy for us to get around and explore without spending too much time on travel.

A special mention goes to Atalay, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and even surprised us with a birthday cake as a thoughtful gesture, which really made our trip extra special. We also want to thank the rest of the staff for being friendly, helpful, and attentive during our stay.

Cons:

On the first night, one of our rooms was not clean, but the staff quickly resolved the issue by moving us to another room. Another downside is that the rooms are not soundproof — you can hear noise from other guests as well as planes flying overhead.

Some of the gym equipment was also broken, which was a little disappointing as we had hoped to use the facilities more.

Pros:

Расположение. Очень близко относительно аэропорта и в 20 мин пешком от набережной и водопада.

Cons:

Номер был прокуренный. Находится в нем было крайне некомфортно.

Es hat willkommen gewirkt es gibt hotels die sind von der Farbe und Stimmung her sehr dunkel aber dieses Hotel war Perfekt. Außerdem waren die Zimmer und auch der Eingang sowie frühstücksberreich sehr sauber und es hat im ganzen haus sehr gut gerochen. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat ist die nachbarzimmer konnten uns nşcht hören und wir auch die nachbarn nicht es war sehr schon so ruhig und angenehm wir konnten sehr lange schlafen.

И за сервис в ресторане Durmuș.
