Overall, a lovely stay made memorable by the great location and wonderful staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Quality Gold Suite. One of the best things about it was the location – it’s very convenient, close to the airport, and centrally situated near many of the popular attractions. This made it easy for us to get around and explore without spending too much time on travel.

A special mention goes to Atalay, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and even surprised us with a birthday cake as a thoughtful gesture, which really made our trip extra special. We also want to thank the rest of the staff for being friendly, helpful, and attentive during our stay.

Cons:

On the first night, one of our rooms was not clean, but the staff quickly resolved the issue by moving us to another room. Another downside is that the rooms are not soundproof — you can hear noise from other guests as well as planes flying overhead.

Some of the gym equipment was also broken, which was a little disappointing as we had hoped to use the facilities more.

Pros:

Расположение. Очень близко относительно аэропорта и в 20 мин пешком от набережной и водопада.

Cons:

Номер был прокуренный. Находится в нем было крайне некомфортно.

Pros:

Es hat willkommen gewirkt es gibt hotels die sind von der Farbe und Stimmung her sehr dunkel aber dieses Hotel war Perfekt. Außerdem waren die Zimmer und auch der Eingang sowie frühstücksberreich sehr sauber und es hat im ganzen haus sehr gut gerochen. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat ist die nachbarzimmer konnten uns nşcht hören und wir auch die nachbarn nicht es war sehr schon so ruhig und angenehm wir konnten sehr lange schlafen.

Рекомендую от души.Прекрасный отель,чистый ,уютный ,ухоженый.Сервис ра высшем уровне.Вкусные ,сытные и разнообразные затраки.Хотелось бы отдельно поблагодарить девушек нв ресепшене,особенно Ece.
И за сервис в ресторане Durmuș.
Все очень приятные и отзывчивые .В следующий раз только к ним.

Pros:

Все было отлично,за исключением того,что номер на последнем этаже угловой был с косым потолком и мы периодически ударялись головой)Персонал приветливый,мы приехали в 13.00 и нас сразу заселили,что очень порадовало.Рядом мечеть,если кому-то мешает,имейте ввиду,над нами низко летали самолёты,не напрягали, балкона нет,но нам он и не нужен был.Отель в 20минутах от аэропорта,очень удобно.Мы поэтому и выбрали его.Рядом водопад.Отель рекомендую.

This hotel is really good value for money, exceptionally clean , atella (think that's how it's spelt) is the man on reception, he goes above and beyond to help with anything you need or want, rooms are beautiful , would definitely stay here again

Pros:

La atención del personal es atenta, hospitalaria y muy profesional, de recepcionistas y personal del bar-restaurante. Gracias a Serkan que me hizo sentir como en casa al mismo tiempo que realizaba su trabajo. La ubicación es óptima, así como limpieza y tranquilidad.

Cons:

El wc del restaurante no estaba en la sala,,, aunque tampoco es algo molesto,,, no es una queja, más bien una sugerencia.
