Pool

Cons:

The noise from the road is VERY loud, staff not sticking to open and closing times for the pool. People at the pool area at 5 am shouting even though it's only open at 8am. Coming back from the market and wanting to have a swim because its hot but its past 9pm so the security won't let you, but when the security isn't around later in the night other people go and swim and no one tells them to leave.
They took our deposit because there was a mark on a freshly made bed, which we hadn't even slept in yet on our first night. We tried to report it but the staff at the front desk didn't understand english so when we went back later afer being out for the day they said we are lying and we made the mark which was blue and very old. We only stayed 3 nights out of our seven days as it wasn't good accommodation. We asked for a refund for the nights that we aren't staying but they refused. So they took our deposit for something that wasn't our fault and they got 4 nights free accommodation money.

A comfortable, relaxing, and great-value stay with my partner—we would happily return.
Pros:

My partner and I stayed at JP Villa Pattaya for 2 nights (13–15 July), and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring Pattaya.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the clean swimming pool and appreciated the hotel's peaceful atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. JP Villa Pattaya offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend it to couples or anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay

Pros:

The staff are very friendly. They were always very helpful. We even had a housekeeper who picked up a bat that had sneaked into our room and threw it outside. Everything was great, I highly recommend it.

Quiet location. Helpful staff. Good for lower budget stay. Pool area nice and can sit there to relax with a drink. Very clean Pool.

Cons:

Very small balcony taken up by AC. A lot of clutter around hotel. Bathroom very dated, showerhead should be replaced.

Pros:

Bijna alles boven verwachting, goed eten in het hotel te verkrijgen. Rustige omgeving met alles in de buurt. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Cons:

Wifi had beter en sneller gekund.

Pros:

Rooms are nice and big (bathrooms little bit outdated but still clean and simple). Pool is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We ate once at the restaurant and the food was tasty and affordable. We would stay again.

Cons:

WiFi wasn't working but the staff moved us into a different room with better signal and we really appreciate their help!
