По соотношению цена- качество отель очень милый. Большое спасибо персоналу!
Pros:

Отель внутри просторный и симпатичный, деревянные резные перила, лавочки, картинки, новый лифт, в номерах деревянная мебель, нам достался номер очень просторный и с нормальным душевым уголком ( нашим друзьям правда за туже цену почему то достался номер поменьше и душ висит практически над унитазом, без какой либо отгородки). Персонал исключительно приветливый, неоднократно вызывали нам по просьбе такси через ,bol или Grab ( у нас не стоят эти приложения, а через них очень дёшево ездить на такси - доехали из Паттайи до
пирса в Бан Пхе ( на о.Самет) за 830 бат.).

Все рядом - рынок с фруктами, 7-12, аптека. И в пешей доступности белый Ват и Министрам, .близко на такси к саду камней и крокодиловой ферме ( отличное место).
Очень удобные мягкие кресла в номере!!

Cons:

Отель далеко от моря -минимум 30 минут пешком ( брали на 6 дней из за близости к North bus station, чтобы дождаться друзей), но дойти реально до моря и на хороший достаточно пустой пляж.
В номерах очень- очень шумно ночью, т.к. окна всех номеров выходят на дорогу, по которой всю ночь ездят мопеды и машины, без глушителя. Ещё наш номер выходил на кафе с караоке, в пятницу и субботу всю ночь орали песни. Если закрыть балкон и включить кондей - чуть тише, но мы под конец уже привыкли к шуму.
Бассейн меньше, чем кажется на фото.
В туалете подванивало часто, включали вентиляцию вместе со светом.
После первого мытья похоже сломался тэн - не было горячей воды. Но мы не хотели менять номер, один раз помялись у друзей, не особо страдали от этого.

Lovely
Pros:

Staff were lovely and friendly, rooms and communal areas are kept spotless, the food in the restaurant was amazing. Would definitely return if in the area again.

Clean, comfortable room with a pool
Pros:

Very nice staff, clean and comfortable room with a view of the pool.
We have two bottles of water daily, sheets are changed daily, but we ask the staff not to change the sheets as there was no need for it.

The congee for breakfast was really good, made to order and really fresh. I asked for extra ginger and the staff did not disappoint.

Not close to the beach is the only complaint, but willing to stay here again because of cleanliness and friendly staff.
