Highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, super friendly staff, we got a free upgrade and could walk one minute to the beach. Clean, big room, great value for money.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 13 notti in questa struttura ed è stato tutto perfetto, i ragazzi e specialmente la titolare del albergo è stata estremamente gentile con noi. Sicuramente torneremo almeno per una settimana sempre in questa struttura… piscina bella, spiaggia privata con lettini e teli mare cambiati ogni giorno. Ristorante in spiaggia dove abbiamo mangiato la colazione ogni mattina. Fuori a due passi ottimi ristoranti e centri massaggi ad ogni passo! Grazie ☺️

Overall, we liked the place, but there were some things that could be improved.
Pros:

Large pool, spacious room with balcony, cleaned every day, good location to beach and airport.

Cons:

Most of the receptionists had very poor English skills. We tried to book a taxi to the airport and were promised that it was booked, but the general manager had to drive us at 4:30 in the morning. We were also told that there was a buffet, but that wasn't true. The booking website advertised pilates classes, but when we arrived we saw that it had been turned into a field. There were also very few activities you could book through the hotel.

Pros:

Great location on the beach, nice and quiet but only a 10-20 minute drive from the busier towns with night markets etc. Staff were beyond amazing and so friendly, they really made our stay 10/10.

Pros:

Did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Great location! On the beach, with plenty of loungers on the sand. Also a half a block from the main road with a Topps right on the corner and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Very large nice pool! I gave it 10 out 10 because the value for the money. Beds were comfortable, rooms were updated and they had daily maid service. I booked 4 nights and stayed an extra 6 nights. It is not the 4 Seasons, but for what they charge, it is of great value! stayed in both a standard room and a bungalow. I preferred the room as it was much brighter and had a nice view of the pool. Only real downside is the internet was spotty and slow at times, especially in the bugalow. The nice lady at the front desk ( The owner ) really does care about your experience at the hotel.

Pros:

Bra läge, fin strand. Bra restauranger nära. Butiker, massage och tvättservice in på knuten.
Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Lite eftersatt hotell. Inte så bra frukost, ingen buffé, utan du får välja EN rätt från menyn och det som fanns var sådär.

Helt greit for ei natt eller to.
Pros:

Bassenget var fint. Solsenger på stranda var gratis for hotellets gjester, og vi fikk badehåndklær. Vi synes putene var litt høye, og da vi spurte om å få noen lavere, byttet de med en gang.

Cons:

Prisene i restauranten var veldig høye, du får lavere priser andre plasser på stranda. Vi bestilte å bli hentet på fergekaia, noe de sa de kunne, men ingen kom for å hente oss. Tilslutt måtte vi selv ordne en taxi. Da vi skulle til flyplassen, bestilte eieren en taxi for oss tidlig om morgenen og sa det kostet 400 THB som vi skulle betale til sjåføren. Sjåføren hadde imidlertid en melding om at det var avtalt 500 THB.
Stranda er generelt mye dyrere enn Chaweng. Dette gjelder også restaurantene i bakgata.

In all a lovely stay
Pros:

Miss Apple was a superb hostess. The staff were wonderful. The bed wasnt the best. The locality was wonderful.

you couldn’t use your card ir book to your room from the beach bar.
we both use cpap machines and no where we have stayed supply electrical outlets on both sides of the bed

Great stay!
Pros:

De eigenaar heeft ons een upgrade gegeven omdat mijn vrouw zwanger is. Erg attent en wordt erg gewaardeerd. Het huisje is prachtig! 10 meter van het strand en erg lief personeel!
