Great location

Cons:

No elevator and very difficult to climb stairs. This place is not suitable for any person with limited mobility. Parking is difficult.

Остались самые приятные впечатления — комфортно, уютно и в самом сердце курортной жизни Юрмалы!
Pros:

Прекрасные апартаменты в самом центре Юрмалы, на ул. Йомас! В шаговой доступности — парк Дзинтари с детскими развлечениями, море, концертный зал, кинотеатр, магазины и рестораны. Отличное сообщение с Ригой.
Хотя с погодой не повезло, удалось отлично провести время: посетили СПА-комплексы Baltic Beach и Jūrmala SPA, побывали в аквапарке. Вечерами — концерты в Дзинтари и живая музыка в ресторане напротив. Если открыть окно, ощущение, что ты в самом центре событий. Но уже в 23:00 становится тихо.
Мы выбрали самый скромный апартамент — он оказался достаточно просторным, уютным, с кондиционером, посудомоечной машиной, удобной кроватью и большими шкафами. Всё чисто, продумано и удобно. Персонал — очень приветливый и готов помочь.
Здание 3-этажное, без лифта, что ожидаемо. Со второго на третий этаж ведёт винтовая лестница — с крупным багажом подниматься немного затруднительно. Очень важно: при наличии авто обязательно заранее бронируйте парковочное место — это удобно и решает много вопросов.
Остались очень довольны и с радостью вернемся!

Fijn appartement midden in Jūrmala
Pros:

Fijn appartement midden in het centrum van Jūrmala, aan de centrale straat met horeca en op 5 minuten lopen van het strand.

Cons:

Houd er rekening mee dat er vaak tot laat in de avond harde live muziek te horen is van het tegenover gelegen restaurant. Het appartement is nogal duur.

Pros:

Great location. We stayed in one-bedroom apartment with a balcony for a week. it was a great decision. Sitting on a balcony and drinking coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was like new. The staff was exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
