Welcoming , warm , friendly environment .
Pros:

The managers , Bibi and Bent were so helpful as were all of the staff . The food was delicious . The Chalet is a very old building and , as such , has some vagaries. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff .

Cons:

A second pillow would be useful as the one provided is rather thin .
