Siamo arrivati non abbiamo trovato nessuno in reception dopo mezz'ora che aspettavamo è uscito un signore da uno stanzino vicino che credo stesse facendo schede telefoniche( che c'aveva visto che cercavamo qualcuno in reception ma non se degnato ne a salutare, ne a dire arrivo)
Dopo che è arrivato non se degnato a dirci neanche dov'era la sala dei pasti. C ha mostrato una bacheca con scritto gli orari dei pasti e della piscina e c'ha mandato in stanza.

Stanze Sporche, zanzare uccise ovunque nelle tende nei muri, nei tetti... lenzuola macchiate e pieni di peli, bagno che perdeva dal pulsante per premere il WC acqua calda(ASSURDO) quindi uno per tirare l'acqua al water doveva stare attento a non scottarsi.
Cibo Orribile.
Colazione chiedo un pò di latte caldo per mia moglie in gravidanza mi dicono che no lo potevano fare, provo ad insistere e c'era chi non capiva, chi faceva finta di non capire e chi faceva a scarica barile dicendomi di parlare con qualcun'altro.
La cosa bella è che avevano la targhetta nel buffet con scritto "Hot Milk" ma c'era il latte freddo.
E menomale perché assaggio il latte freddo era Acido 🤮

Pranzo e Cena tutto il cibo non si capiva cosa aveva all'interno non avevano etichette che lo spiegavano e neanche potevi domandare perché la maggior parte dei presenti non sapevano neanche l'inglese basilare. Problema non solo per chi come mia moglie era in stato interessante ma per chiunque soffra d'intolleranze o allergie.
Risultato che abbiamo pagato un All Inclusive ma abbiamo dovuto mangiare tutti i pasti fuori dalla struttura.

Cocktail serviti solo dalle 19 alle 20

Il resto della giornata ti servivano una birra che sapeva di acqua frizzante o dei succhi fatti con le bustine.

Insomma se non volete Rovinarvi la vacanza non prenotate per nessuna ragione in questa struttura!!

Old furniture, very small bathroom with shower. Hard beds.

- Quality of food and drink was very poor (so we spent our evenings away from the hotel)
- Restaurant serving area is poorly laid out so queues form quickly
- Pool area is too small for the amount of residents
- Generally too many people are all vying for the free food, drink and sunbeds - leading to a poor customer experience

Nisu mi se dopale recenzije u vezi hotela pre dolaska...u jednom trenutku smo razmišljali da otkažemo rezervaciju...nakon dolaska smo shvatili da bi to bila velika greška...Neki ljudi bi trebali svoje frustracije da leče na drugi način...ovako svi snosimo ,ili možemo da snosimo posledice nečijeg lošeg raspoloženja...

Il n'y a pas de maître nageur dans la piscine

There was not enough space around the pool and the “beach” of the hotel was very small. Guests put the towels on the chairs around the pool very early ( at night for the next day). We woke up around 7 o’clock and there was no available chairs without towels on them but no guests on them either. The food wasn’t good.

Everything was terrible. Probably, the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And I’ve stayed in a fair few. Staff were very young so they were inexperienced so asking simple things like, where is the bus stop, or how can I get my laundry done, perplexed them. They really need to be trained on the basics. Also, the wifi is absolutely terrible. I had to work a bit, but in the rooms, it’s impossible. The worst. Also, guests at the hotel… were, well, interesting. I’ve never been to a hotel where people “reserved” sun beds by the pool by throwing their towels on them, even though they don’t use it for half the day - and a towel is meant to reserve them? Almost all sun beds were “reserved” this way which is terrible. All other hotels discourage this type of selfish behaviour. Management at this hotel did nothing about this. Anyway, avoid this place like the plague!

Food poor and cheap ingredients, frozen processed meat that I do not call meat just plastic, receptionists speak 2 words yes and no. I especially did not like that they wanted to charge for all inclusive when I paid it all inclusive on booking, they said it is bed and breakfast and pay 30 euros for a day for upgrade to all inclusive. Not a bad extra income. I heard this story with other guests more times when I was sitting in the lobby area. Beach is rocky, after the hotels beach looks like a dustbin with cigarettes and rubbish thrown away everywhere, noone clean it, that much they respect nature. Beer watered, only hard bus trip to arrive to Bodrum which is just 6 km but feels like 60. The room, I could talk about it but the ink will run out my keyboard to finish it.
