Quiet, easy to use space. People are friendly. Customer service is rather prompt.
Pros:

Everything is in place. Clear and simple directions.

Cons:

Lockers are not maintained well. A part of the common area looked unkept, with random stuffs piling up. Water dispenser water not enough for demand

I like the setting, local people are very friendly. Host is very helpful, and facilities are ok.
Pros:

A lot of foods around this hotel, clean washrooms, nice operation, and my bed is clean. Also all washrooms have hot water!

Cons:

Roommates are hit and miss. Because room is shared, food aroma and talking on the phone even though whispering can be noticed. Need to get used to carrying key card all the time.

The person who attended to my request
was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the friendliness.

Cons:

Overall was pleasant & comfortable. However, bathroom & toilet cleanliness can be improved.
Other than that, everything else was better than what I expected.
