Einen speziellen Ort um Kraft zu tanken
Pros:

Ein Aufenthalt in der Villa Irma ist Balsam für die Seele. Sehr schöne Zimmer, einen tollen Frühstücksbereich und wunderschöne Restaurants

Cons:

Leider ist die Heizung ausgestiegen. Wir konnten somit nicht in die Sauna.

An experience you want to re live
Pros:

Where do i start. From arriving you know this a very well run hotel, the staff are welcoming, not formal but polite and friendly, always with a smile. The decor is elegant with a welcoming feeling. When you arrive in your room be prepared to gasp, as our room was breathtaking , the view from the balcony looked onto a well maintained rose garden with mountainous views looking across Merano.
Now the food. Breakfast was served on the rooftop. Within a large glass room filled with amazing plants. You have a buffet style breakfast with a selection of breads, fruits, yoghurts and many other healthy options. There is also a chef on hand to cook you almost anything you want for breakfast, i opted for an omelette which was outstanding. There is an afternoon snack with cakes, fruits and ice cream.
The evening dinner was in the basement of the hotel. A wonderful relaxing room with tables well spread out. From the menu each and every dish was presented in your michelin star decor. Everything is cooked to perfection and complimented with everything on your plate.
We also experienced chef Claudios special menu with the wine pairing, this is a must. His dishes have you in anticipation for your next dish and it just seems to have your pallet craving for more. My favourite dish from my whole stay was the sour ice cream.. no it wasnt a spelling mistake.. this is an actual thing and it is amazing. My mouth is now watering while i type.
Chef Claudio and his wife Monica are such a lovely welcoming couple who have created maybe the best hotel i have stayed at. Everything from the gardens, the staff, the room maids, the spa, the restaurants and the food is all a 10/10 from me.. I hope to return again soon.

Pros:

Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind schön groß, die Lage ist zentral und das Frühstück war lecker. Außerdem hat das Hotel auch einen gewissen Charme durch die Einrichtung und die grüne Anlage.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotelpersonal vor Anreise. Dass man mit Kindern unter 12 Jahren 2 von 3 Lokalitäten des Hotels nicht nutzen darf und das bei Buchung nicht offensichtlich ist. Die Fotos der Pools, des Gartens bzw der Anlage sehen auf den Fotos schöner aus als in echt. In der Realität könnten einige Dinge erneuert werden.

Pros:

Wir waren vor Jahren schon mehrmals in der Villa Irma. Wir waren sehr gespannt, ob nach dem Besitzterwechsel der Zauber der Villa Irma immer noch da ist. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Der unvergleichliche Frühstücksraum, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Qualität der Mahlzeiten; alles hat uns sehr überzeugt.

Cons:

Ganz, ganz selten merkt man, dass das Hotel schon 100 Jahre an diesem Ort steht. Aber alles mit sehr grossem Charme!

Eine Oase in Meran wo man sich in kurzer Zeit erholen kann
Pros:

Das Frühstück war genial. Hoch über dem wundervollen Park mit herrlichem Ausblick und Rundumblick über Meran. wirklich einzigartig. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen sind aussergewöhnlich. Alles frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wer frühstücken liebt ist hier am richtigen Ort.
